I woke to the serene sound of the ocean. I slowly opened my eyes, still half asleep.
"Where..am I?"
I looked around but I was surrounded by the vast sea. Feeling sick, I moved inland. I was always afraid of the sea, it's vast, deep waters.
I walked for what seemed like hours. I could not see much, being covered the forest. The sky that was so bright began to dim. Little did I know that I was in quite the predicament.
"Grrrrr.."
What was that? My mind raced as I frantically looked around.
"W-who's there?"
Then, I saw a pair of dark, glowing eyes. I was numb from my waist down. My mind said move, but my body did not oblige. It began to come towards me.
"No! S-stay back!"
I screamed as loud as I could, hoping someone would hear me. The night grew darker, though the moonlight lit the beast. It was the largest wolf I've ever seen. I struggled to gain the courage to run. I began to think how to deal with this situation. The worst I have been in was a small bear. That's it!
"AAARRGGG!!"
The wolf seemed confused. I looked at the ground saw that there were many rocks. I picked them up and threw them at the wolf. It turned around and disappeared into the forest.
"Finally"
I fell to my knees. I breathed heavily trying to regain the strength I lost. I was too busy with myself to consider...
"Grrr.."
Wolves hunt in packs. I blacked out.
