"My sister, you can't help him, stay away from him when you see him again," Jayla said and she left the room and went to her room to sleep.
And when his mother saw her she scolded her.
"Next time don't go out in the middle of the night, and as much as possible please tell me when you leave," her mother preached.
"Yes mom, I won't do it again, I'm sorry,"
Jayla said and lay down next to her mother, her sister Karla was also sound asleep.
That night Charlotte was uneasy.
She could not understand what was happening.
She thought that if Jake Armstrong was the real one who met her earlier, she must be very happy and she seemed to be dreaming. But she was confused by what was happening. "What if he is really the real Jack?" She thought, until she realized by herself that she is just a huge fan that's why she is thinking about impossible things. She just shrugged and lay down on the bed.
…
The next day, when she woke up.
She was ready for her work into the diner.
She first served breakfast at the table for her mother, Jayla and Karla, they were senior high school students, they went to school early at a public school near their apartment.
"You have to eat breakfast mom, and I'll go to work," Charlotte told her mother.
"Okay my child, I can take care myself, be careful on your way," said Elvie.
Charlotte went out the door, and when she came out, she was shocked to see Jack standing near the distance and waiting for her on one side, it was next to the light pole.
"Why are you here?" she furrowed.
"Please help me," he eagerly said.
"Why me? You can ask for a lot of help like the police or other people?"
"But you're the first one I met, I need your help," Jack pleaded.
Charlotte backed away and hurried away, but Jack chased after her.
"Please, help!" Jack said as he chased after Charlotte.
"Please leave me alone, I can't help you," she said as she called out.
"Please tell me one thing, why don't you want to help me?" he asked as he is chasing her,
Charlotte stopped walking and looked back.
