The Screwup - Rewrite

So then, picking up from where we left off, I am now sitting in a dark void, go figure. Thinking back on life, I can only think that I wish I had a girlfriend or wife or fiancé or somebody other than my Mom that I loved. Didn't even have a best friend.

Anyways, after sitting in this darkness for what felt like way too long, a glowing orb came out of a white, glowing vortex.

"Huh, who are you? Did I... shit~"

Huh, did something bad happen? I mean, I felt like I sat here for a long time, but why is he acting like there's a problem?

"Hell yeah, there's a problem! I kinda forgot about you..." the orb said in a very meek voice.

So it can hear my thoughts, awesome. So how did you forget about me?

"It's been a long week. As an apology, I'll give you a bit of freedom with the world you reincarnate into. Let me know the world and who you want to be, and I'll send you there. You'll also get four other wishes along with that."

Well, that's nice. I guess we'll start with the wishes. The world will depend on that.

"No problem. Just a general rule though, no divinities. A few people have asked for them, and it's kinda problematic, so we just made sure people were aware beforehand."

Understood. I guess, for starters, I want an all-magic system that grants me the magic of all of the magic I'm aware of, including fictional ones.

"Hmm, sure. It'll be slow progress, but it'll also act as a leveling system so you can get more health, stamina, and magic."

Cool, so I guess my second wish would be for some magical tools to start me off, like an Omni-tool with a sword, laser, and swiss-army knife.

*Chuckle* "Sure, kid, kinda funny but yeah, that not too bad. Alright, two more wishes."

I want a multiverse travel thing cause I want to go into anime, and I don't want to get stuck if I can go into one. If that is possible, I want to bring my loved ones with me; if I have them, I won't live without the partner I choose.

"I can do that, and Anime worlds are fine. So now your world and character."

Darling in the Franxx and Hiro. The body will become useful, and he's quite powerful, not to mention I may be able to get a mech, and if Z2 is to my liking, I may try to woo her, although I could fail and fuck up the plot.

"Mhmm, all right, done. I hope you enjoy your new life." The light from who I can only assume was my ROB dims, and I am now returning to darkness.

*Boom* Random other explosion noises that are somehow sounding

"Hmm, what's happening?" Opening my eyes, my vision starts to focus, but what I see is not what I expected, nor is it good. I am in the correct universe, for some reason kneeling on the floor in the cockpit, and it seems I'm at the end of the series instead of the beginning. I mean, I'm in space, about to blow a hole in a planet.

"Why am I at the end of the timeli- Why do I sound like a girl?" For a supposed genius, it's taking me way too long to figure this out.

I turn behind me and see Hiro's very dead and rather mummified corpse and not to mention Z2's curves in a red suit, but that is beside the point. "I see. Hiro died, and my soul instead went into Z2. Well, that's a bit of a screwup." I can't help but be a little annoyed, but what can I do now? At least she is far more powerful than Hiro, not to mention having a better body in terms of looks.

Suddenly, time stops as the explosion is going off.

"Huh, I got this world done for free? Okay, cool. Let's start with checking this as I got a system. status."

"AAAAGHHH" A burning feeling runs through my entire being, not to mention a burning smell. Looking down, I can see my suit melting, along with my skin, muscle, and bones. Eventually, the pain becomes too much for me, and I pass out.

[Evolution complete]

Not long after that message appeared in the inky darkness of my exhausted conscience, I woke up. Looking around, I could see blood all over the floor, along with parts of my suit. Looking down on my body, I can see a very naked form of Zero Two but with a few notable differences. One being a tail, slimmer than 001's but not by much. Just by muscle memory, I also know how to move it. My skin is also more pink than normal, and my hair is longer as well, reaching all the way to my thighs while also being a slightly darker shade of pink. On the floor are some red horns, Z2's red horns. Slightly worried, I feel my head and find two new horns, although I'm still not sure yet what they look like as of yet.

"I'm pretty sure my breasts grew a little bigger."

I raised an eyebrow at these stats. I mean, I somehow just broke my charisma, but I can understand how. Z2 is a goddess among dumbasses. I mean literally, so evolving to something slightly sexier yet still having the face that screams 'I'm cute and adorable and really want cuddles' is dangerous even for ROBs. By the way, yes, that cuddles thing seems to be an instinct from Z2 because I really want some headpats and cuddles, but I can already tell I will be oddly picky about the sources.

"Anyways, I guess now my stats are busted, so let's choose our new world, shall we?"

Really? War, War, not bad and perverted war r***? I mean, seriously?

Sigh, in terms of the one I know best, it's Code Geass, in terms of the one I know a bit about and could gain the most power in, Naruto. DxD is only after I get magic, not to mention I know my personality, and nobody but Ophis in that world is should even be considered an option.

And yes, I'm going to get myself a significant other in whatever world I choose. No way I'm not. I'm tired of being alone, and now I don't even have my Mom, so it's time to find somebody that can color my world without significant amounts of blood being involved.

After Code Geass, the world I know best would be Slime, then DxD, as ashamed as I am to admit it. Finally Naruto. I know I can get powerful the quickest there, but I can't really follow the events easily. Too much to try to remember, and yet I remember One Piece pretty well.
