Dungeon Raid (3)

Upon reaching the source of sound they were shocked by looking the scene in front of them.

A huge snake, big enough to swallow three whole bulls, was protecting and savouring it's prey.

The prey was clearly visible and all could see , it were human bodies.

"I-its over, we can't be saved! " A person who was about to be eaten screamed and cried.

Looking at the struggling person Alice quickly confirmed,

"Aren't they from our second team. "

" Let's hurry up! " Litia hurried.

Everyone nodded and quickly spread out, circling the Anaconda.

"Now! " Litia ordered and everyone attacked the snake.

Litia stood on first tree, while Alice took another tree, Ren was with Kaguya on ground. Alex stood behind Ren.

"Attack! "

Upon hearing it, Alex used his Ice magic on snake and tried to hinder it's movement by freezing it.

But Anaconda was much, much stronger than Alex as alex' attack didn't even make anything difficult for the big snake to tackle.

*Swiinggg*

Litia and Alice jumped on the Anaconda which was being distracted by Ren.

*Bam*Bam*Bam*Bam*

Alex started launching weak unshaped ice shards towards Anaconda.

But due to his inexperience, many shards collided on his teammates.

" Fucking idiot! Alarm us before shooting! " Litia, Alice and Ren yelled at the same time.

Alex stopped his attack . " I'm sorry! " He apologized.

" Quick! Heal us! " Litia ordered looking towards kaguya.

They didn't have time to wait for healing , they kept being in their defensive stances.

"Ye-yes! " She said and quickly healed all.

"Ally Healing! " She chanted.

Next moment Kaguya joined fight alongside the three. She can also use swords.

"Good! " Ren smiled.

Meanwhile Alex gritted his teeth, not having chance to act cool.

" Alex! Attack! " Litia took him out of his daze and ordered him to attack fast.

Alex attacked when everyone from the team was far from line of attack.

*Bam*Bam*Bam*Bam*

One shard hit Anaconda's eye and made it struggle in pain.

Looking at this opportunity, all four tried attacking the Anaconda, but before they could react, anaconda swung it's tail 0 to 180 degrees which launched Litia and Alice away, making them to collide on a tree and pass out.

"Nooooo!!!!! " Kaguya screamed while Ren jumped towards Kaguya and saved her from Anaconda's attack.

"Alex attack! " Ren shouted.

Alex who was standing faraway from them quickly attacked,

*Bam*Bam*Bam*Bam*

Without wasting time Alex again attacked Anaconda with his ice shards.

Anaconda wasn't an idiot, it quickly took pace and crawled towards Alex at a very fast speed.

Now, Alex was frightened.

Alex didn't have time to react, but before anaconda could catch him, Ren stuck his sword in Anaconda's tail making it stop at a place.

*Hisssssssssssssssssss! *

The anaconda hissed in pain and looked back at the cause of her pain.

Looking back in anger towards Ren, she jumped on him.

Ren managed to distract Anaconda which gave Alex to slip away.

Alex was afraid of Anaconda so he ran away leaving his teammates behind to suffer saying,

" Ren I am going to call for backup! Hold till then! ".

'Fuck! ' Ren screamed internally as he avoided snake with his sword.

Alex should have kept attacking the snake, but instead he went to call backup. Is he idiot and dumb? How can Ren hold on to this snake for that long when Alex could have damaged the snake standing behind.

Ren now understood that Alex ran away.

' fucker'

Leaving it aside Ren focused on defending himself from anaconda.

"Kaguya fast! "He screamed.

Kaguya quickly ran behind the snake and attacked it but snake was stronger and before her attacks connect the snake, she was pushed away by the snake.

" Damn! " Kaguya gritted teeth in pain.

She quickly healed herself and went back to fight.

Looking at Den's condition she casemted healing on him.

*Bak*

Snake hit it's tail on Ren and quickly wrapped around him.

"Ahh! Cough..."

Ren coughed blood when snake tightened it's wrapped body around Ren.

The snake opened her jaws and extended the fangs and was about to devour Den's head when suddenly she was stabbed by Kaguya from back.

In this time Litia managed to gain their conciousness back somehow but she couldn't move her body.

She cried, tried, but couldn't move and only she could watch her teammates suffer.

"Ahhhhhhhh!!! " Ren screamed as his body was slowly being crushed.

Snake looked behind and petrified kaguya's legs and some parts of body.

Kaguya could not move anymore.

"Ren! I can't move! "

Kaguya cried, she wanted to help him, but she couldn't even move. She wanted to heal him but it wasn't possible as all her mana was used up till now.

"Damn it! " 'I'm sorry Ren, I couldn't repay you! '" She was on the verge of giving up but, " I shouldn't give up that easily! " She said to herself and cheered Ren.

" Ren! You can do it! "

Ren looked towards Kaguya for a second before looking into snake's eyes and smiled.

" It's time for showdown baby! "

He smirked leaving kaguya dumbfounded.

She couldn't understand why he did it. Does he have some trick up his sleeves? Was she supposed to get her hope's up?

"... "

Ren smiled and, " Appear! " He said.

Kaguya looked at him and suddenly his body shone lightly with a green hue and something came from the green light.

" Feast on it.Devour!"Ren ordered.

The thing which came out was 'Devon Zero' the big slime.

It quickly extended its tentacles and sliced the snake into pieces.

*Snap*Snap*Snap*

"... " It left Kaguya amazed.

The snake was sliced into many pieces making it loaf of meat.

The snake'Anaconda' didn't even get a chance to know what had happened to him.

*bang*

Along with the snake's meat, Ren fell down unharmed by devon' attack.

The meat wiggled for some seconds and became motionless.

" W-what is that thing?! " Kaguya asked looking towards devon zero.

She thought it was a monster came out of nowhere , now she lost all her hopes seeing at devon's power.

" I'm sorry Ren", she said and closed her eyes, trying to accept her fate in the hands of the monster (devon.)

"Pfft! " Ren was in pain but chuckled lightly.
