Chapter 4

"Her!" Cyra screeches as she points at Blossom.

"Hm?"

"She's the bitch that stole the female lead role from me!" Blossom stares at the two before her. Ah, her rich daddy.

"Miss Blossom" the man's jaw tenses and Blossom stares at him.

"Do you have a problem with me?" Blossom glares at the man.

"It seems, that there has been a role mix up. You were supposed to get the villainess" the man smiles.

"I don't believe so" Blossom checks her script. "The script for me clearly highlighted the lead female's role. If you have a problem with it then go talk to the director"

"Look Miss Blossom, I know you are a reasonable person" the man starts. "So how much do I have you pa-"

"No amount of money can buy you decent acting skills sir." Blossom spits. "If you're looking for a scapegoat then know that the bitch you spoil is just terrible at being a human being"

Aegis opens the door to the makeup room and blinks in confusion. The air was so heavy and suffocating. "Did something happen?"

"No worries!" Blossom paints a smile on her face and sits down in her seat. Her makeup artist was late. She would have to speak to her company later. She gets started on her own makeup while Cyra storms out of the room in anger.

"Did something happen again?" Aegis asks from his seat and Blossom smiles.

"Don't worry about it. It's just the usual" Blossom finishes her foundation and moves on to her eyes.

"Was she causing issues for you again?"

"The usual. She's still pressed on being the female lead." Blossom finishes her eyes and works on her lips. "It's not my fault if she can't act like I can"

"I see." Aegis pauses. "Do you know what we're recording today?"

"No" Blossom finishes her makeup and sprays the mist. "I do know that I have nothing to record today until after lunch though. I'm pretty sure the romance scenes are tomorrow too"

"I see" Aegis stretches really quickly and leaves the room. Blossom scrolls through her phone and checks her feed. So many fans yet so many haters. She likes a couple photos on her feed and gets up from her seat. She needed to get familiar with the set since tomorrow was a chase scene.

The scene is elegant. She had heard tales of the imperial palace when she was young but seeing it in person was a different feeling. You felt magical in the palace. The spring cherry blossoms and the breeze make everything feel like a dream. A dream that you wouldn't want to lose.

A breeze passes Blossom and the cherry blossom petals fall. She reaches for them and catches 3. There was an old legend that if you caught 3 cherry blossom petals before they fell to the ground then you could be granted a wish. "What to wish for huh?"

Blossom lets go of her petals and finishes her wish. It wasn't much, but she wanted to wish for a successful future where she was happy. But only if she knew.
