Atlas couldn't understand how the original was okay with making Caleb the commander and letting him take credit, for all his hard work. Everyone looked at Atlas, waiting to hear his thoughts on Caleb's idea.
"I proposed a plan that will put the least number of soldiers in danger," Atlas said. "Venomous Wyrms are resistant to electricity due to the iron in their blood, which makes them stronger. No one wants to see their friends and family members die."
As he spoke, Atlas glanced at Caleb, hoping he understood the point he was trying to make, but it was clear that he didn't.
Atlas wanted to show Caleb that there was no need for competition, and the only thing that mattered was ensuring that as many soldiers as possible returned home safely.
However, he could tell that Caleb was trying to find a way to take credit for his plan. Atlas sighed and looked down at his tablet.
