Monsters aren't a single race; they're more like a collection of different races.

Each race is believed to possess a unique power that only that race has.

For example, bird race might have powers related to the wind, while beast race might have strong intimidating

So, it can be said that these races almost have two abilities.

This is also why Heifeng Guai, who has the power to block energy flows, can convert it to a physical power. (She is quite special because she can transform her race power into an intrinsic part of herself, resulting in her having great physical body and energy-blocking power.)

However, their weakness is quite obvious: they can only use one of the two power.

If they switch to the power of their race, they won't be able to use their own power.

Humans are very different from other races; they don't have the racial skills of their own, but they have very high potential.

That's also why many gods have human forms.

"Can't blame me tho, you really don't know anything about us." Wukong sit on the chair, waiting Bajie choose food from menu

"But I'm a bit curious, if monsters are creatures that everyone fears, why doesn't anyone look at us?"

"It's simple, even when becoming a monster, the appearance of that race remains the same."

"So if regular humans meet other races, they will believe they are monsters?"

"Yup, humans are always foolish," she poured out tea and drank.

"Here! Let's choose this!" Bajie excitedly pointed to a dish on the menu.

We approached to look, then glanced at the prices.

"Great, this gluttony pig picked the most expensive dish in this restaurant, we don't have that much money, you dumbass," Wukong glared at Bajie.

"B-But the most expensive must be the most delicious, right?" Bajie tried to protect herself.

"Just give it here," Wukong angrily took the menu, then ordered four bowls of beef noodle soup.

"Got it!" The waitress responded and left.

"Now that I notice, why aren't there any fish dishes here?" Wukong curiously looked at the menu.

"Maybe they're friend?" I guessed.

Yu Long grabbed my sleeve, then pointed to a red sign.

There were a few rules written on it:

- No fighting here.

- Not allowed to harm fish, fish are friends. (Tang: Somehow i was right)

- Allowed to cook dishes from the mainland.

- Do not offend the emperor here.

"These rules... are terribly vague."

"Like they're just let some random kids make the rule..."

"Why does this kingdom still exist then??"

We were truly at a loss seeing the laws here.

"Welp, what can you expect from a place where many different races live," Wukong leaned back in her chair.

"Food's here!"

The waitress approached, placed four bowls of beef noodle soup for each of us, then left.

"Smells good," Wukong sniffed.

"It's making my stomach growl," Bajie drooled.

"Hm? I can smell seaweed," I sniffed along.

"After all, we are underwater," Wukong grabbed her chopsticks, stirred the noodles, then blew on them slowly.

Then she slurped loudly, splattering broth everywhere.

"What the?! Stop eating like that!" Bajie looked at the splattered drops on her clothes.

"Mm! Delicious!" Wukong didn't care about Bajie, continuing to eat.

I took out the bottle of chili sauce and sprayed it into my bowl.

Then I stirred it slowly and ate.

'Delicious, it has the flavor of seaweed and tofu,' I sweat a little because the bowl of noodles was quite hot.

But then I noticed something, Yu Long hadn't touched her bowl yet.

"What's wrong?"

"No... nothing," Yu Long replied.

She took the bowl and emptied it into her mouth.

"..." Bajie was about to eat, but seeing Yu Long gulp down the entire bowl made her drop her chopsticks.

Although she knew Yu Long had an appetite rivaling hers, she seemed to underestimate Yu Long.

"What? Not eating? If you're not eating, let me!" Wukong seized the opportunity to grab a piece of meat from Bajie's bowl.

"W-What?! YOU JERK!!!" Bajie was startled to see the piece of beef she intended to save for later being stuffed into Wukong mouth.

"Calm down," I sighed, quickly grabbing a piece of meat from my bowl and putting it in hers.

"Master..." Bajie was moved, tears almost falling.

"Wukong, she's your junior sister, could you please act more like an elder sister?"

"Tch, fine," Wukong glared at Bajie, who was enjoying the moment.

Then, when Bajie bit into the meat, her face turned bright red.

"SPICYYYYYYYGUSNRICWKFNW!!!"

"Huh?" I looked at Bajie pouring tea into her cup and drinking it, while Wukong looked surprised at first, then burst into laughter.

Then I looked at the bottle of chili sauce, noticing the warning label on it.

Ultra-spicy chili sauce, capable of making level 6 beings collapse!

"..."

I think my taste buds might be having some issues.
