So what I learned so far apparently pink is my new mother's natural hair color due to her awakening as they put it as well as people in this world are naturally better looking in general than people on earth and that is the other thing this isn't earth the world is called Aurora which has six moons according to mom the world used to be made up of many different countries different social structures such as communism, democracy and other kingdoms until the great invasion by the galactic Republic as it was discovered by a planetary observer that we were essentially sitting a gold mine of rare resources.

The reason the governments of never realized how valuable said resources are; is because we didn't have mana until the Republic invaded trying seize control of the planet the world's government too divided and technologically out matched until empire discovered awakening that helped humanity strike the first significant blow to the invasion as the empire the only government to successfully awaken an individual the countries were forced to join the empire creating the the first world imperial army under the emperor with each victory solidifying his position.My family are minor nobility being descendants of war heroes during the invasion hence the eccentric family name.

As of now I have declared a genius by my tutors as I have been learning everything at an extreme rate (relying heavily on my past life) which my family has chosen to keep under wraps for now because although we are nobility we are only a minor noble house and unfortunately as much as humans like to preach unity they still seek personal profits and to prevent others from rising above them with all that in mind play dates with other children are very scarce to prevent the knowledge of my miraculous intelligence from leaking to the public although there are a few families that may find out anyway through their spies or from certain spells that can be used for surveillance even though our home is supposed to be shielded from such magics.

Due to the isolation caused by my appearance my siblings have not been happy of my presence even though the older ones understand the reasons especially because I'm the son of my father's second concubine not even one of his official wives which has lead to a lot of unnecessary friction especially from his second wife who has tried to make her children on more than one occasion try to bully me while she was trying to unify a the other wives and concubines against me and my mother in she was only partially successful as they either disliked or were wary of me some try to interfere with my education or diminish my achievements in order to raise their children up.

It also finally made sense as to why my mother lied to my father about the angel heart crystal as it would not have been strange for one of my father's spouses to steal it from her treasury in order to use it in their children's awakening ceremony in order to supply them with unique magical circuits and abilities only possible from such powerful and unique sources and it would be completely impossible to get back during the time my mom was still searching for the crystal after I was born she found out that it fell into the hands of a duchess making it impossible to get back without stealing it which was next to impossible as the duchess intended to use it for her daughter.

Knowing of my talents my father was even more desperate than my mother in trying to find a catalyst for my awakening he used to go dungeon diving recreationally now he is zealous in his desire in order to find something suitable what made it even more difficult was the fact he could not neglect his other children's awakening just to favor one ironically as it turned out because of his many dungeon dives he has singlehandedly doubled our family's wealth (although mom was the one who usually had to patch him up after) which hadn't gone unnoticed by the other local Aristocratic families which led to more marriage proposals either for him or the children of his wives and a few aimed at the children of his concubines.

The problem with finding a suitable catalyst for awakening didn't just stem from it's power or purity but also compatibility certain rare catalyst could ignore this problem altogether and easily elevate an individual but it doesn't guarantee that the individual will get the same level of power person to person especially if the individual had low potential or there personality differed leading to mix results almost always good though most people (non-nobility) tend to try and buy the highest quality mana stone or crystal they can afford or enlist to get a government sponsored catalyst that is assigned specifically for soldiers.
