Ecstasy

April will be back this weekend, Adam is busy preparing a surprise party for April and finally the proposal. Adam's parents are welcoming April back as well. They met a few times and they really love her.

Tom on the other hand was troubled with Crystal, he is more or less like a sex slave to her. He tried his best to do everything for her and to open up her heart to him but nothing worked. There are moments he felt she was opening up but before he could celebrate, she clammed up. He was hurting so much inside that he plans to escape. He cannot bear to be any closer to her at the same time feeling so distant. They know each other yet know nothing about each other.

He was tortured physically when he failed to seduce April. He was sent out to try and seduce Jennifer, Chris's girlfriend but almost lost his life. Even then Crystal did not show any ounce of concern for him. How cold and heartless can a woman be?

It was two months back, when he approached Jen, at that time, Jen was casually seeing Chris and was not yet official. He made a move on her but she did not response to him. Under Crystal command, he was told to kidnap Jen's younger brother to get her to turn against Chris, to get her to betray Chris. They expected Jen to agree to their threat. What they didn't expect was Jen to go to the police. The police were discreet and even approach Chris. Chris was surprised that Jennifer did not come to him for help.

Chris met with Father Lee to get his advice and help on the situation. With Kwi Shan's tracking skills, they managed to track down Jen's brother, Ken. He was held captive at a warehouse. With the police help, they managed to surround the place. Hidden guards skillfully infiltrated the building to get to Ken and ensure his safety. Tom was just unlucky because he was in the building at that time. He was so afraid when he heard the police announcement for them to surrender. It was a bloody battle, he even got shot twice but he managed to escape with the help of Crystal's people.

He still gets nightmares every night from the bits and pieces from the flashbacks. He never witnessed so much bloodshed before except for in the movies. He felt disappointed with the lack of care she shown him. If only she showed him some care at least his sacrifices would be worth it. He told her once that he never really cared about April, it was a good fling but nothing more.

Little did he knows that every night, she'd be in his room, staring down at him with a complex look. She could not understand her heart and body reaction to this man, she wants to open up but yet she could not forget the pain and betrayal of the past.

Back to the present.

Heather was sitting in her office when her subordinates reported about Tom and Crystal's strained relationship. Heather's mouth curved upward, she is truly happy with the news. She had been thinking of ways to get rid of that man for quite sometime. Previously, when Crystal was involved with any men, she wasn't too concerned because she knew it was for revenge and nothing was serious. Somehow, Tom was on a different page. She could sense that Crystal harbour a different kind of feeling towards Tom and she really doesn't like it at all. Crystal belongs to her and her only. From the first day she saw the couple outside the cinema, Fabian and Crystal, she had already taken a huge interest in Crystal. She would never let her go to any man.

Lee residence.

It has been decided that the party will be held in the Lee residence because security is the tightest plus the place is a beauty. Derek could not help but grin like silly when his home was praised. Adam wished he could wipe the grin off that man's face but the man does have a reason to be proud of. He decided to ignore his feelings.

Jade did not participate much in the discussion but she quietly held onto her man, stealing glances at him once in awhile. Derek was behaving like that as well. The people around can't wait to leave and was at the edge of yelling to the two to get a room. Flirting openly in public like they have just met.

Jade and Derek were oblivious to the others thoughts and was immersed with their own feelings. His hand were kneading her hands gently, his other hand was kept protectively on her baby bump. Throughout the whole discussion, Jade sat on Derek's lap. They understood that this couple had been apart for so long but they just could not take the amount of public display of affection this two were displaying.

Once the meeting was over, they had late lunch and said their goodbyes, Derek once again carried his wife to their room. This time there should be no more disturbances.

Jade could not wait till they reach the room forcefully kissed Derek. Derek who was carrying her up the stairs, pinched her lightly on her butt and told her to behave and not do dangerous things while he is carrying her especially at the stairs. He then kissed her pouty lips and continue to ascend. Jade felt like it was ages to reach their room. She could not wait, she is now full with energy that needs to be used immediately before she goes into another hibernating mode.

They finally made it to their room and they could not get their hands off each other. Derek had to remind Jade to be patient and gentle. They both achieve the release they both needed for the past 6 months. They both collapse in ecstasy.
