Devyn finally calmed down. The two of them sat on the beck and adored the green view of the flowering plants. The back patio was pretty and no one dares to interrupt their privacy.
She was still feeling a little restless and right now she can't look Kiel in the eyes for a reason she didn't know. It's bothering her that being with him made her heart beat faster. If it's because of the pregnancy then it's very new to her.
Is it because of what she heard earlier? A man worthy of her? What Kiel was talking about is the responsibility for this child, right? He didn't mean anything and that's what Devyn wanted to believe.
"You don't have to say that." she unconsciously mumbled.
Kiel turned to her. "Say what?" He tucked her hair in her ears so that he could see her expression well and that was the time when Devyn blushed red.
