Chapter 83 Banishment

Darkseid grabbed Arthur. He hit him in the face.

Boom*

Arthur flew away. He stands up from the rubble.

Drip*

Blood flows down to his face. Flash runs to him.

" Are you alright?"

Arthur smiled. His gaze was sharp.

" I am alright. What about Victor?"

Flash nodded.

" I am on it."

He runs to the high place. Arthur slapped himself.

" Snap out of it. You are a protector of humanity. You can't fall here."

Arthur flew high. Darkseid sneered,

" I expected this. I wonder how many hits do you think you can endure?"

Arthur swings his sword.

" I can do this all day."

Darkseid punches incoming Shazam. He threw Hal away. Only Arthur, Diana and Antiope remain on the battlefield. Arthur looked at Shazam who was laying on the ground. He was tired. After all, Shazam solely held Darkseid back when Arthur flew away. He doesn't have infinite stamina. Diana is much better than him. She fought with tactics. On the other hand, Hal was hit a lot. He was like a tank who takes damage.

Hal touched his chin.

" I have no damage at all. Ugh, I should solve these minions."

Hal flew away. He totally left them alone. Arthur, who saw this, sighed helplessly. At least one of them has a good brain. He was worried about the citizens. Arthur focused on his battle. Darkseid raised his hand. He hit Diana and Antiope. Arthur said loudly,

" Star healing."

Diana and Antiope's injuries are healed. Darkseid frowned. He said with a disgust.

" Such a disgusting ability."

Arthur retorted.

" This is a battle. It should be alright to use this."

Darkseid smiled,

" Well played. Now, I understand why they choose you."

Darkseid appreciates Arthur's talent. He was a perfect warrior and mage. Darkseid decided to take him away even more. He thinks he can conquer any planet with Arthur. Darkseid said lightly,

" Amuse me more, human."

Arthur used his magic. A bright rune appears. Darkseid clenched his fist. He directly hit the rune. Magic and destruction collided against each other. One yellow light and one black light devoured each other. Arthur used his powerful magic against Darkseid. After all, his soul power can't hurt Darkseid. So he decided a more straightforward and rude way. Those were his physical and magical energies. Thankfully, his choice was right. Compared to physical prowess, Arthur excels at magic and Darkseid has a low magic immunity unlike his perverted high physical resistance. Arthur shouts

" Antiope, Diana use your magic. It is more effective."

They nodded. They immediately used magic. However, strangely their effect was low. Diana thought something. She knows Arthur's magic is a combination of different types of magic.

" Arthur, your magic is effective against him. We will attack him with pure power."

Arthur nodded. He is a main adc now. Arthur condensed his light sword. He couldn't use his large scale techniques like nuclear strike or star fall,, but he can use other techniques.

" Gravity bind 10 times."

Darkseid felt a little heavy. He was familiar with this ability. Darkseid said with a deep voice.

" Gravity ability. You have a good taste."

Arthur sighed. He knows he can't outshine Darkseid with this ability.

" Photon spears."

He threw countless lights. Darkseid used his omega beam.

Boom*

Arthur's mouth was twitching.

" What a pervert. Even my lights can't hurt him."

Diana was speechless. She thought the same like Arthur. Darkseid is too hard. He was like Arthur version 2 with fewer abilities but with higher power. Darkseid didn't care. He hit them numerous time. Arthur spit out blood.

" I think I need Clark's help."

Antiope said with difficulty,

" I think the same. We need a monster that can defeat him."

Suddenly Victor came down. He held the mother box.

" I have successfully invaded the system. Shall I open the door?"

Arthur said angrily,

" What are you doing, open it. I can't hold on."

Victor nodded.

" The boom tube will open in 5 seconds. 5,4,3,2,1."

Bang*

The portal appears. It swallowed the parademons. However, Darkseid was resisting it. Arthur shouts,

" Push him."

Heroes rushed to him. Arthur directly takes the damage. Darkseid mercilessly hit Arthur. Even so, Arthur didn't give up. He pushed even stronger than before. Darkseid grabs the two side of the portal.

Boom*

Clark came just in time. He pushed Darkseid with Arthur.
