Chapter 102 Truth

The Hall of the Guardians was big enough to include two justice halls inside the building. It had the statues and holograms of every high-ranking member of guardians, including JLA and new members inside it.

" The Hall of Guardians is the biggest hologram museum in the world. We are proud to present this to every guest who is visiting our city. Of course, there is a guest room at the end of the hall where VIPs enter."

The android opened a silver door where they saw the big table with various delicacies on it. The chandelier above their heads and the furniture around the room indicated this room cost a fortune to build.

" Us, androids can't perceive spiritual beings, so we leave you here peacefully to talk with our higher-ups."

The android left the room with a polite tone, leaving the room with a quick maneuver which showed her professionalism. The Eternals were used to luxurious things, but they saw a lot of things that they hadn't seen before like magic items that were hanging around the room.

" I never thought I would see a magic item in a guestroom. Tell me, how rich are you?"

Sersi touched the glass with surprise on her face. Others nodded with her because they also felt the same since there was no way that normal people could afford this.

" I don't know honestly. Trillions, maybe quadrillion. I am a quite rich person. Besides, I have enough money to buy the entire country without any burden."

Arthur didn't try to hide his wealth despite his words being so shocking to others. The sheer amount of money in his pocket was enough to shake those with enormous money.

" Hello, you must be the group that my husband was talking about."

A tall woman entered the building as she sat down with a calm face. Tyrande glanced at them and Arthur with a smile on her face that somehow lightened the mood.

" You must be Lady Tyrande. I saw you on the TV as the representative of the elves. I never saw elves in my life before. I have to admit you look gorgeous."

Ikaris gently shook her hands with a big smile. He could tell this woman was as strong as him and she wasn't as kind as she looked from the outside because her hand was rough.

" It is my honor. As my husband mentioned before we need your technology to materialize him in this plane. Without my husband's presence, the world is in chaos. The villains are running rampant around the globe and we need quite resources to deal with them. Moreover, the war around the globe is raging even more without our peace officers. In conclusion, it is chaos outside even the media is covering it up for now."

Tyrande placed her hand on the table with a serious face. The atmosphere in the room became heavy and Eternals could tell she wasn't lying to them.

The symbol of hope and peace was useful in managing crime rates and other things. Without the fear of Arthur, the leaders and villains were moving fearlessly.

" I understand your concern, but I can't guarantee it. Even we aren't omniscient and omnipotent."

Ikaris said calmly, looking at her eyes. The disappointment in Tyrande's eyes could be seen even if one didn't try to read her.

" OK, husband do you know we found their leader?"

Tyrande suddenly changed her direction toward Arthur who was floating in the air with a bored face. The sudden question caught off his guard and he stood up with puzzlement on his face.

" What do you mean that? Did you fight her?"

He asked lightly, not caring about the eternals who were glaring at them. Tyrande shook her head with disapproval, showing a hologram video to him.

The video showed black monsters attacking the woman while she was protecting herself with her power. Although she was powerful enough to kill them with ease, her stamina was slowly drained as she fell to her knees. One of the monsters grabbed her by her hair and tried to eat her before lightning fell from the sky.

It was Thor who was traveling with Loki to find her. His thunder ruthlessly killed off the enemies as Loki destroyed them with his magic.
