The three Virtues continue their fight with the Revenant Chimera and Dxn of the Order of the 7.

"Damn, we're wasting time just evading and not using our abilities June," Chonsee says.

"Just wait we have to figure out how his marionettes work," June says.

"Look out!" Chonsee yells.

The chimera sprays fire all around again.

The three dodged the attack from the beast.

"If we don't subdue the chimera first a fire will break out and the whole town will be engulfed in it," June says.

"Running around and not doing anything won't do you any good," Dxn says.

BOOM BOOM

Everyone stops in their tracks including the chimera.

"A surge of magical energy has just been released," June says.

"Who could this be" Chonsee wonders.

"So strong" Marx states.

"I wonder if he has succeeded?" Dxn thinks to himself.

"Succeeded? Who are you talking about?" Marx asks.

"Oh don't mind me just talking to myself" Dxn remarks.

The three Virtues look at one another.

"Triangle Strategy: Earth Wind and Thunder," June says.

"Why is it named after a song?" Marx asks.

"Well it is the name of our elements and so-" "Alright I get it I get it," Chonsee tries to explain but gets cut off by Mark.

"Let's beat these guys and meet with the others," June says.

The three nod and agree as they prepare for battle.

Marx charges up his thunder as his body glows yellow with static around him. "I'll leave this here for a bit" Marx generates a rod and leaves it stuck within the ground.

Chonsee places his hands on the ground.

June prepares to activate Whisper in the Wind.

"Alright, now a 2nd act can now begin" Dxn remarks using the marionettes to attack the trio.

The chimera also moves instinctively to the one showing more power. Marx.

"This thing sure does love me, Come here chimera come on follow Marx," Marx says while trying to keep the chimera distracted as it chases him throughout Bellanoir alleyways.

June yells at Marx "Marx stick with the plan remember it has to be within this radius, we'll take care of -"

"June pay attention to what's in front of you" Chonsee alerts her.

A stone wall blocks the marionette from fatally injuring June. As it goes above it.

The marionette wielding a sword barely catches June as she dodges. It goes for an all-out assault on June as she swiftly dodges and jumps into the air.

"The air won't save you," Dxn says.

The wizard marionette casts a spell fire spell that is about to hit June. With her fast reaction time and speed, June is able to dodge the spell. Although she managed to dodge the spell the sword Marionette attacks as she's distracted.

"Dammit," June says,

Suddenly tree branches protect the sword from wounding her. The blade then extends as June dodges again.

Like before Chonsee covers the area like a small forest.

June catches her breath and sits with Chonsee with a couple of scraps and bruises.

"That marionette is tricky at least am-"

June reassesses herself as she finds an eminence of a slash with her clothes damaged.

"June we have to be more careful, " Chonsee says.

"I know there's gotta be a way for us to stop him," June says.

"You're right," a voice says.

The two shocked jump and prepare to dodge.

"Too late"

The mage marionette opens its mouth and projects a giant blast.

BOOM!!!!

Marx continues to run from the chimera. "Huh. Another explosion this time it came in the direction of June and Chonsee"

"I'll just proceed with the plan"

DROP

"Alright, this right," Marx says to himself.

Marx runs keeping the beast following behind him.

"Ok this left"

DROP

The chimera then proceeds to shoot fire at Marx.

"Woah this shit is a demon but it sure is damn smart. It's shooting in the path that am currently running in. It shoots way past me and creates like a fire path."

"Dont matters as long as I keep my distance and stick with the plan"

DROP

"Alright last-"

Marx continues to run but notices something is off the chimera no longer follows him.

Marx stops in its tracks.

"Did run back to June and Chonsee? Did that doll dude summon it back? No no, can't be" Marx looks high and low for the demon.

FLAP FLAP FLAP

"Oh god"

The chimera grows wings and is above the mage. It then dives straight for Marx. Marx terrified proceeds to charge up again and runs as fast as he can to his point.

"PLEASE DONT GET TO ME PLEASE DONT GET TO ME " Marx begins to yell aloud as he proceeds to the last route that the plan called for as the beast continues to follow him more closely than ever.

DROP

"All right time to head back!!"

SPRAY

"What the hell is that Acid? This thing is a cheat" Marx complains out loud.

An acid spray gets shot in the ground in the areas Marx would run in. He trips and falls into a hole that is made.

The beast swoops down and slams the mage into the ground and pins him down.

"Dont eat me don't eat me."

Marx goes face to face with the chimera as it prepares a fire blast straight at his face.

"Oh crap"

Marx's face begins to be lit up with an orange hue coming from the mouth of the beast.

BOOM

"COUGH COUGH"

"What was that blast?" June thinks to herself.

"Your sand barrier really protected us there Chonsee," June says.

"Yeah but with a price," Chonsee says.

Chonsee arm bleeds. "Don't worry I can still go on I can use my healing to stop the wound from bleeding a lot" Chonsee says sweating.

"Bravo Virtues Bravo an excellent counter" Dxn's voice can be heard outside the barrier.

"Oh is that all you have virtues? You don't intend to stay coped up in that sand barrier for long, do you? Well, either way, once Luxk is complete we'll leave. Quite disappointing since you guys are supposed to be on par with the demon lords-" Dxn speaks with confidence.

The two virtues stand side by side listening to the Marionette master speak within the sand barrier.

"Damn how powerful is this mage can we really beat him? Am I too weak? Am I going to be defeated again? If this is my limit how can I beat a demon lord" June's thoughts begin to clog up her mind as she gets into a trance.

Chonsee taps June's shoulder.

"Wake up June We can win this it's possible. Dont give up. Look." Chonsee reassures June.

"How in this world are you supposed to stop them and not even put a scratch on me" Dxn exclaims and brags loudly.

"He's bluffing we did scratch him. Right before the blast hit and right before you I set up the barrier. You instantly slashed at him I witnessed you give him a scratch he seemed to have healed it but my eyes don't deceive me. My theory is those marionettes it seems can't attack at the same time. It's like they must have a lock on a target first. For example, earlier when you were fighting the sword the mage one didn't move until you were done he switched it" Chonsee explains to June.

"It seems you don't intend to find me I'll just wait-"

The barrier begins to break down.

"So you still intend-"

A strong whirlwind fills the area.

CUT

"Huh"

The two virtues stand tall. "Alright let's test this theory," June says. "Let act 3 begin" Chonsee remarks.

Dxn is visibly angry "You stole my line".
