"Go!" Ethan rose from his chair. He wanted to get away as soon as possible, not wanting to deal with Liana any longer. "I'm sure you're busy with your own hotel affairs. Don't worry about Helena because I'll take care of her."
"Ethan?" Liana asked, confused. She knew she misspoke, but she didn't know where she went wrong. "It seems like you misunderstood!"
"You're the one who misunderstood!" Ethan retorted stiffly. The fire in his eyes hadn't extinguished, as if he wanted to burn Liana's frozen bones.
"I don't understand," Liana said, stuttering. "What's wrong with my plan?"
"What did you say earlier? You said Helena doesn't want to do business with commoners because they don't have money?" Ethan asked again. He smirked. "Do you really think Helena is that kind of person?"
