Felix the Guard

Ethan took a shower to clean himself. The wet dream from last night felt incredibly real. It was as if he had truly been with Helena.

"Did you sneak around and visit your wife?" Felix asked, appearing by the edge of the lake where Ethan was bathing.

"Nonsense! I couldn't even get near her," Ethan replied.

"Wet dream?" Felix asked again. Ethan simply nodded.

For the past few days, Ethan had been guarded by Felix, in a location that couldn't be easily suspected - the pine forest in Felix's hometown near the border.

This person had been confirmed to have no connection to the kingdom. He was safe and trustworthy, as vouched for by Lord Gabriel.

"Lupin will take over this afternoon. He'll replace me for the training," Felix said casually, cleaning his hunting gear.
