Chapter Seventeen: Anurag

Days went and days come. Months went and months come. Years when and years come.

Fours years later!

Nivi went to see Anurag's photograph. "I know you are watching us from heavens and being happy. You were right, Anurag! Love always wins. Today I have a wedding to attend. How do I look? I know what would you say. I am always beautiful in your eyes. But I am getting old now. I love you, Anurag!"

"He also loves you." She heard a sound. Nivi turned back to see the source of the sound. "Mother-in-law?" Nick said. "Where is Anurag?" Parveen smiled. "He is playing with Payal. I know it is a mother's heart. My dear, though I despised you the most, you have always a good attitude towards me. You are such a blessed daughter." Nividita smiled. "Mother-in-law, don't say that. You were just protecting me from that unfortunate marriage. I misunderstood you. I had even taken Anurag as an evil spirit. I can't blame anyone, mother-in-law. Vyom didn't do a mistake by loving him. But I can't deny that the way he went through was wrong and painful. But maybe goddess wanted us to pass through this." A four years old boy runs towards them. "mom... Mom... Momi..." "here comes my chiku!" The boy got furious. "Grandma, I am not chiku. My name is Anurag Vyom Agnivirya." Nividita laughed. "Ok, Mr. Anurag! Shall we go?" they went out.

Anurag ran to this other grandmother's house. "Uncle... Aunt... Congratulations." Aditya hugged him. Thank you, my dear. Nividita and Parveen came in. "Congratulations my brother. Congratulations Kritty. Getting married is a very nice thing at the same time needs attention. Anyways, I am happy for you Mr. Aditya and Mrs. Kritika." Nivi smiled.

After moments, the priest said "I declare you as husband and wife. Be blessed. Be a happy family." Both the Agniviryas and the Basus were happy. Prerna and Neil congratulate them. The cameraman told them to get ready for the photo. Aditya carried Anurag and they were taken the photo by saying "love wins!"
