Chapter 2 (The New Hero)
*Huaaah* "The morning itself is sloppy today" Yamato complained.
The day was bright and just normal instead Yamato was suffering from body pain because he was in his form for a long time
"Ahhh this hurts....maybe I should start training a bit. But the school" He sighed
"Well I guess I have no choice but to manage my routine a bit"
When he was at school every student and teacher was in a shock seeing him all muscular and was asking him questions.
"Wow man where did you got all that pumped up huh? which gym you joined?" asked a guy
"You look way better like this and where are your glasses? Oh let me guess you are wearing lenses right?" asked a girl in his class
"Wow Yamato you are so much changed now. But you still study and that's all I wish you to be good in" said his teacher
His time in school was surely busy and for some reason everyone was respecting him a lot. His school life was changed.
It was all because after getting those mysterious powers Yamato was, for some months, focused on increasing his heart rate resistance, body strength and some exercises to maintain his posture when in the power form so he can atleast not feel the hell of a pain every morning.
He went home after school and looked his body from a mirror
"Woah I do seem a lot muscular and handsome now. Haha my life Is set" he said with joy
"Damn I never even thought of spending my days like this....maybe sacrificing is obligatory sometimes" he sighed
"ATLEAST I have a better school life now"
Then as a daily routine he wore his track suit and headed to his training ground.
"To be honest my body feels light now a days. Is it a hunch or I'm getting muscular" he said.
While focusing on his brain he suddenly heard and sensed things from far away.
"What the....my senses....they have increased a lot more. I never expected this to happen but eh this maybe a good thing, now I can sense a stalker." "Hahaha who am I even kidding who would even want to stalk a nerd like me" He said to himself
*BANG* a gunshot sound came from far away
"AH WHAT THE HELL MY EARS UHH...maybe this isn't that good to have sensitive hearing. But what was that gun shot? I think I should check out"
Yamato put on a mask and transformed and went to the direction of the gun shot at a speed of bullet
"Phew that was exhausting" he muttered
When he reached there he was shocked to see a whole crime scene happening infront of him.
There were thugs shooting randomly and the crowd was running away. Many got injured and the police hadn't yet arrived. There were 3 thugs and all Yamato could do was just watch because he wasn't so confident about his powers as they were not reliable.
One of the thugs said "HAHAHA IF YOU LOVE YOUR LIFE THEN RUN AWAY AND LET US LOOT YOUR SHOPS. I AM TELLING WE ARE TRULY UNMERCIFUL"
Suddenly the weeping and shouting of people reached Yamato's ear like they were whispering in his ears
"Ah stupid sensitivity...you are making me loose my cool. I can't just run in with no strategy" he said to himself
And then what happened wasn't ignorable. A little kid was in the crowd crying for his parents and the merciless guy pointed the gun on him and was about to shoot when Yamato decided to take an action. Yamato could reach in time and the bullet was in the air directing towards the kid.
Yamato could see the bullet in slow motion and he catched it and threw it back on the thug's direction and took the kid far away.
Everyone was confused looking at it. Yamato had tired the heck out of him because of all the running and coincidentally the act was caught on camera and he was being recorded.
*Breaking News* "We are now in Tokyo and there is a criminal act of an armed man is going on but some guy in a mask is doing something real unbelievable".
"What? no no no no don't tell it's live" he said
The reported nodded.
"Ah crap. But it's good I'm wearing a mask. This saved me from a lot more trouble" he muttered
A thug shouted "WHO ARE YOU? AND HOW DID YOU DO THAT?"
Yamato replied "For now let's call me a random dude trying to act a hero"
He then took the guns from the thugs in such a speed that his positions were unrecognizable.
"What..just happened" said both the reporter and the thugs
"How was my little trick lads?" he asked in laughter
The police then arrived and captured the thugs and took them away. The reporter then reached out for Yamato and asked "Who are you mister"
He Confidently replied "Maybe I am the new hero of justice from the fairy tales of toddlers" and after saying that he ran away.
When he reached back home and turned on the TV, his act was all over the news with the title "White Lightening - The New Hero"
"Uhhh...this calls for trouble. I hope noone recognizes me and the name haha that's kinda spiky. I'll just leave it to that for now" He sighed
*In an Unknown Building Of Tokyo*
While watching the news an old man said
"He is worthy enough to be my target." he said. "ALL UNITS CAPTURE HIM DEAD OR ALIVE" he ordered his men. And a number of armed men left for Yamato's search.
The old man said "Kid I am gonna search for you in every corner of the world and I will find you one day"
