Nathalie Quinlan stuffed her backpack into the desk, extended her hand, and gave hers a squeeze, "Thank you, Nathalie Quinlan."

Wow, so cool!

Jhovany Sullivan's cheeks flushed with a rosy hue, and she was so electrified it took her a while to snap back to reality.

The new student's fingers were quite long, but the palms were a bit cold. Jhovany Sullivan wondered if it was because of the wind chill. She patted her own face, cooling her cheeks, and silently closed the window next to her seat.

She even kicked the seat of the classmate in front of her, "Tedrick Xena, I'm cold, close the window, will you?"

"It's August and you're still cold..." The classmate in front complained but considerately pulled the open window shut.
