Chapter 1

"Mom I'm comming." I said comming down the stairs. I am starting senior year today. I really don't know what to expect since I've been lonely since I could remember. I have a gut feeling this year will be differnt.

"Have a great day sweety, dont forgot to make friends." mom said.

"I'll try." I huffed.

I headed out the door and started my walk to school. Life outside of school wasn't fun either. It was just always me and my mom. My dad left when I was 2 years old. I don't remember doing anything with him. Me and my mom struggled alot financially. I work to try to help her out so shes not always tired.

So lost in my thoughts I didn't even know I was walking straight to my locker. Instead I walked straight into a brick wall.

"Ow! Watch where your going idiot!" He yelled.

Wait, wall's can't talk. "Omg, I'm so sorry!" I whispered. I looked up to see the most mesmerizing silver eyes I ever seen. Yes it was silver. His body was magnificent. God himself probably sculptured it himself. He was muscular but not too muscular and also lean. He had black hair that was in a bun behind his head, and those tattoos down his arm all the way to his wrists. He was wearing a black shirt with black jeans that fitted him so soo well.

"Stop staring, your making this weird."

"Uh um my name is Layla. I'm sorry, I never seen silver eyes." I looked up at him and he was starting at me as if I said I killed you dog.

"My name is Acel."

The next thing he said had me lost.

"Mate."

What is that supposed to mean?

"Get out my way idiot. I have class." Acel said while pushing me out of his way.

Well at least I'm back to being invisible. That's what I thought atleast.
