"Come with me," I tell Towa as I make her follow me through the portal connecting three realities

Dragon Ball, DC, and, huh, still need to come up with the name for the reality Chaldea and all this shit is going on

"This Vomi that you mentioned, who is she?" Asks Towa following next to me as we walk through the portal which is thankfully seamless now

"I am going to set this straight, she is the woman I love, and I am just going to say, don't hurt her, otherwise, I will make you wish you were with your son instead," I say threateningly even though, I know that she can't hurt her, I still had to say it on principle

"Understood," She says plainly giving me a glance

"Now, you are going to teach her everything you know about manipulating time, as well as helping her with her research, however, while you are assisting her, I want you to research this," I say bringing out a regular time ring that I got from Chronoan

She made me several of these and while I am interested in how she made them, she has remained tight-lipped about them

I could probably force her to reveal their secrets if I really push her, but it already took me a lot of effort on my part to get her to make them

"A time ring, why would you be interested in those?" She asks me as I hand her the ring

"I am interested in 2 of its abilities, the first, is the ability to travel through time without creating parallel timelines," I tell her the first reason

"The second is the ability to remain affected in the present by changes caused by something in the past," I say the second reason to which she turns to me and lets out a light laugh

"Is that all? I already have several objects capable of doing such. Well, both of those things can be done by different creations of mine and not just one," She says and I turn to stare at her

"I created masks that allow for a limited form of time travel that prevents the timeline from splitting, while also bringing them under my control," She continues

"I also created another version of this mask, as I would be doing the time travel instead and bringing them with me and I would instead give them a mask that would make it so that they would be unaffected by changes to their own personal time, while also bringing under my control obviously," She explains

"Merging both of those aspects into something that can do so will be troublesome, as I no longer have my research as I was forced to abandon it, yet, I do carry several masks on me that I can work on to make a better product," She says while I mull it over

"How long do you think it will take?" I ask her

"Before it would have possibly taken me decades if not centuries to do so. However, with a Time Ring to study, I would need 6 to 8 years, I could possibly do it faster, if I had my notes, but I am not taking into account Vomi's assistance in the matter," She says while looking over the Time Ring as a red and green magic bubble with several magic letters spin around as I know that she is examining the TIme Ring

It's still incredible to witness such a display of magical skill that I am very willing to admit that Temporal Magic is still far away from being usable by me

"You can see it? Of course, you can," She admonishes herself

"Why wouldn't I be able to see it?" I ask her to which she raises an eyebrow at me

"It should have been obvious but most non-magic practitioners can't perceive magic with their eyes easily, and must reach a high enough level and amass a tremendous amount of knowledge about magic in order to see the more intricate stuff interact," She says to which I nod in thanks at that as it was something that I never really noticed before, but considering how magic was usually push to the side in favor of Ki, it wasn't something that was easily noticed

"Considering the contract that you made me sign. Plus the fact must mean that you are quite accomplished in the field of magic, although, I knew of your wishes towards the dragons, I was unaware that you had reached such a level," She says and I can see the annoyance in her eyes to which she notices me watching her and coughs into her fist

"Why are you so annoyed?" I ask her to which she turns to the side with a huff

"The reason I am annoyed is that I never thought of using them for such a thing, I learned to travel to different timelines to scrape up pieces of 'forgotten' or lost magics, to the point where I have spent centuries doing so. Only to realize that I could have instead wished for an entire archive of magical knowledge, well you can imagine my frustration," She says while her eye twitches

I want to smile I really do

Yeah, the wishes that could have been asked, are numerous

To be honest, if someone were to think really hard, they could wish for a lot of complex things

Heck, King Piccolo could have wished for him to be the sovereign ruler of Earth and boom

He won

Sure, people would have defied him still, but he would rule it

I did confirm the level of wishes that can be granted

Someone could wish their whole planet and its people thrived just like I did for the Namekians and from the last time I visited, their population has boomed

There are around 2 thousand Namekians most of them still young yet, much stronger than they were before

I did have several gravity chambers built around the villages where the Namekians could exercise and or train to get in shape and grow stronger

Quite frankly, I have done a lot for the Namekian people

I did use the Dragon Balls to wish that Namekians would at least reach their minimum sustenance requirement each day

I also wished for a barrier to prevent others from finding them with bad intentions and it only grows stronger as more Namekians are born

The barrier siphons the excess energy of the planet and its inhabitants without harming either it or the living creatures inside

It didn't really cost me anything, and the people there adore me

I resist a frown as my mind drifts to the rest of the universe

I ignore it

I am not a good person

But, that doesn't mean I can't be kind 

The Namekians, they will be alright

I shake my head lightly as we finally reach one of Vomi's labs throughout the universe

What I see makes me blink

"Vomi, what are you doing?" I ask her as she turns to me with a coffee mug on her hand and smiles at me

Standing in front of me is a creature that I though I wouldn't see for a while

The Cell I modified is in front of me
