The next day, Marcel was woken up early in the morning by his alarm. He checked the time and saw that it was 5 am and almost groaned in frustration, but he still woke up. He dragged his feet to the bathroom and washed his face before getting dressed for his morning workout.

He quietly left the room, careful not to disturb the sleeping Alistair. He did not work out for long because he wanted to go back home and make breakfast for Liam, who was going to be visiting that morning. So after a twenty-minute jog, he went back home to take a shower and started making breakfast. 

As he thought about Liam, he continued to make more and more things for him to eat in the kitchen as he hummed happily. He finally looked at the final product and felt that he may have gone overboard.

At this time, his cellphone rang, and he picked it up absentmindedly as he thought about what he was going to do with the rest of the food.
