Meeting Competitors.

Marcel opened the door to the enormous house and walked inside only to be met face to face by a camera that was on the countertop close to the entrance. He heard both male and female voices coming from one of the rooms, so he figured that at least some people have already arrived at the house.

"Hi!" a female voice said from ahead of him, startling Marcel who had been removing his shoes. Marcel blinked in surprise before removing the sunglasses he was wearing.

"Hello," he responded with a small smile as if he was unsure of how he should react. Luckily for him, the girl also wasn't sure of how she should be reacting because she was stunned into silence. Marcel continued to smile politely as he dragged his suitcase into the house. His eyes searched for a place to put it and ended up feeling awkward from how much the girl had already been staring at him.
