The months passed as John and Nesiara joined Destiny Islands Community telling a white lie by outing themselves as Kairi's parents that send her daughter to this world to save her from great danger.

Many people accepted it while others were the thought that they were horrible parents for doing so but the Mayor of the city allowed them to stay.

They build a small house outside the city using Wood Release which surprised many as they saw it rise out of the ground. Kairi got to choose if she wanted to continue living with the Mayor or move in with them and she chose to move in with them while spending her free time mostly with the Mayor who raised her.

The Mayor was always welcome in the house as Kairi was learning how to control her powers that Nesiara awakened.

At one day she completely forgot about Sora which made both Nesiara and John sad when Nesiara sat her down and John says, "Kairi, you should never forget Sora. He was the one who saved you remember."

"Did he really? I remember you being there but..." says Kairi when Nesiara put her head against Kairi's and Kairi saw Nesiara's memory of that time.

"Right, Sora!" says Kairi remembering again why she was training but the next morning she would forget about him again.

This went on for a week before John stopped Nesiara from doing it again telling her that it would be better to let her remember naturally when Sora wakes up from his Glass Prison.

Kairi was being trained by Nesiara and John at the same time while Leon was watching over her once in a while. Kairi wasn't the only person being trained by the couple as Waka, Tidus, and Selphie joined her in the training.

They would train before school and after lunch. It wasn't hard training as the trio went through because they had all the time in the world to train.

Kairi learned from John how to use the sword but John didn't teach Kairi his way of fighting. Kairi was too delicate to use his way of fighting so he researched in the Library and found a book called Blade Dancer.

John learned the basics from it as his body wasn't made to be a Blade Dancer as his body wasn't flexible enough and couldn't show the elegance behind the Blades.

He taught Kairi the basics as he created sic Keydaggers which resembled the Keyblade Lost Memories. It was fitting at the moment as Kairi lost all her memories of Sora.

Everything was peaceful on Destiny Island until the day Kairi suddenly remembered Sora again which made John and Nesiara stare at her in disbelief.

"What did you just say?" asks Nesiara as she was holding a plate full of Lembas in her hands.

She almost dropped it from Kaira saying Sora's name when Kairi asks, "Where is Sora at the moment?"

"It seems we didn't hear wrong," says John as he snatched the meat Lembas from the plate knowing that there are only three of them between all the Lembas.

"When did you begin remembering him?" asks Nesiara placing the plate down so everyone could get one.

Kairi took the second meat Lembas as she took a bite from it before saying, "It began some days ago when Selphie mentioned him and Riku. I still didn't know his name until yesterday when I had a dream of the past in which you and Sora saved me."

"It seems that your cousin will visit us soon then," says John as Kairi looked at him confused.

"Cousin?" asks Kairi as it was the first time hearing that.

"Yes," says Nesiara as she sat down and took the last of the meat Lembas before shoving it entirely in her mouth.

"Only four people, with you now five, know about your cousin. He will soon appear to get you so he can get his friend back from Sora," says John as Nesiara finished chewing.

"We will accompany you while playing weak so we can surprise our enemy," says Nesiara smiling at Kairi.

"What did Sora do that my cousin wants to kidnap me to get his friend back?" asks Kairi as John explained to Kairi what a Heartless and Nobody while keeping some secrets from her.

"So do I have a Nobody as well?" asks Kairi as John nods.

"Yes, she is responsible for why you and the others didn't remember Sora," says John as he looked at Kairi who seemed angry.

"Why would my Nobody do that?" asks Kairi angry as the couple smiles at her.

"Think for a moment, why would you try to do that?" asks Nesiara when Kairi began to think.

"She is forced to do so," says Kairi as the couple nods.

"Exactly, she is just a pawn of the Organization XIII that is fighting Sora at the moment," says a male voice that was behind her leaning against a wall.

She turned around surprised to see the man in the black coat when Nesiara asks, "Why are you here Leon?"

"He is not, I am just a clone. He has enough problems to solve in Quadratum at the moment with another Kingdom Hearts on the Horizon," says Leon's clone as he looked at Kairi and pets her head.

"You have done well. You remind him of Lux," says Leon's clone as Kairi and the couple were confused.

"Lux?" asks John as everyone in the room wanted to know who Lux was.

"Leon's wife," says Leon's clone which surprised them.

"She was like Sora and Kairi at the same time-" says Leon's clone as he suddenly turned into smoke which normally signalizes that something happened to the real Leon.

In the meantime in Quadratum, Leon was fighting against the Mechs that Karma created because of Kingdom Hearts again.

This time Yozora got to join him with the others as they fought against the Mechs as one of them send Leon flying through the air. It got Leon by surprise because he relied on his companion instead of his instinct like normally.

He was trying to get the group to coordinate them for the next time since he wouldn't be there when it happens again. Leon recovered midair before flying towards the Mech that through him.

Back in Destiny Islands, Kairi was nervous as she asks, "Is he going to be alright?"

"Don't worry, he survived a fight against us. He should be able to survive whatever this Universe can throw at him," says Nesiara not worrying at all about her son.

"She is right. I would be worried if he was reckless but he calculates every move he makes," says John as he reassured Kairi that nothing will happen to Leon who still hasn't shown his face to them.

They finished their breakfast as they went to the Island to train. Kairi was fighting against John as her daggers were flying behind her. She rushed at John as she interlocked her wrist against John's as the daggers went for John's back only to find blue glowing swords blocking her attack.

"That was a good attack. You made me use Demonic Energy to block. Time to see how much you can endure," says John as Kairi was confused when John suddenly grabbed her by the head and rammed her against the sand.

Then he lifted her and threw her against the giant tree that was over the secret cave. She was in the tree when John flew towards it and attacked her as both came out on the other side of the tree.

Kairi was holding her ground as she blocked John's attacks using her daggers that were rotating around her.

John smiles when suddenly he felt that the six daggers multiply into twelve before they again multiplied into twenty-four and they all attacked him.

He takes the attack before his body turns into white smoke before a chunk of wood appeared in Kairi's sight while John appears behind her.

"You recovered well from the barrage of attacks," says John as he put his hand on her shoulder.

Both appeared on the beach sand when Selphie shouts, "Kairi! We are going to be late if we don't hurry!"

"I am right behind you!" shouts Kairi as she grabbed her bag and flew into the sky.

Both went to their class while the boys went to theirs leaving Nesiara and John alone on the island when Kairi looks at the tree that was about to split apart.

"You don't need to destroy the tree every time you two train," says Nesiara as she smiled at John who regrew it using Wood Release.

"It's because I increase the toughness of the tree that I throw her against it," says John as he finished

"Lea should soon appear going by Kairi remembering Sora already," says Nesiara looking at the sky.

"It seems so," says John as he calculated that Lea would appear in less than a week.

"Where do you think are they at the moment?" asks Nesiara worried about the trio as they haven't called the couple using the phones they received.

"They should be around Halloween Town or Atlantica," says John as he pulled his phone out.

He played around with the display when he says, "I made a mistake. They are in Hercules World at the moment. Most likely participating in one of Hades' tournaments."

In the meantime in the Underworld, Sora and his friends were dealing with Hades' schemes. Hades imprisoned Hercules' girlfriend trying to have Hercules fight against Auron.

Jack was looking over them as he and Logan stopped Abigail from eradicating Hades for a long time. He pushed the group in the right direction as thanks to Namine they don't remember him. This made it easier for him to help them discreetly from the shadow.
