The Syrinxes & The Queen Bee

A lonely girl was deceived into being captured by a race of powerful winged mages to give birth to their kids. The hated fate of their Queen Bee was complicated by the appearance of other more powerful magicians who flew to their colony from another planet. Intro  Welcome to the universe of syrinxes - winged vampires, a multi-gender community. For two thousand years, powerful magicians have been in an endless war with the flesh-eaters Zirux, who outnumber them, so they recruited mortal people to help, colonizing 22 planets and forcing women to give birth to half-breed offspring for the needs of the war. The story begins with the first book, The Syrinxes of Zaria. The action takes place on an abandoned colony seven years away by space ship from the main stronghold of the planet Xantari, ruled by five ancient Archons.

Palien soon, indeed, found out about Shemion's secret passion and

summoned him to his place.

"Kill her immediately!" - he shouted in rage. - "Why are you breaking the order? How stupid is it to warm a monster in your bed? Are you a complete idiot?"

"But I love her," - Shemion fell to his knees in despair in front of the

Commander. - "She is pregnant from me! I can't kill such a beautiful woman!"

"I don't even want to hear anything! Follow the order!" - Palien's eyes

sparkled furiously. - "Kill the monster!"

Shemion ran out of the office, emitting terrible screams.

"What an idiot, he fell in love with a monster!" - The Commander hissed. - "What a sophisticated revenge, Rohen! What are you up to?"

Miressa hid for a long time after Palien's statement, and Shemion was

glad that he did not see her anymore, continuing to talk to her in his

apartment, feeling that she heard him, but the mistress was not going to

answer.

"I won't be able to kill you, no matter what he orders, but it's better not

to show up for your safety, they might track us down and I won't be able to

save you. Sometimes show yourself to me for a moment, from afar, I will

know that you are still here and no one has caught you. You will soon

disappear from the ship, but I hope we will meet someday..."

Miressa did not answer him, invisibly and quietly observing his

suffering.

"Is it his turn today?" Lariel asked with annoyance, relaxing in a chair in

the evening in his house.

"Oh, yeah! Rohen is my celestial husband, don't forget."

"And I'm just your toy..."

"Don't say that," - Kamily slid her hand through the strands of his

luxurious hair and kissed him on the lips. - "You are very dear to me and I

tolerate all your antics."

"Are you jealous me to my people?"

"I'm not thrilled that you're having orgies with them, but what can we

do about your insatiable nature? Spend time with someone, take a break

from me."

"Where did Miressa go? She is not on Zaria!"- The King was alarmed about his skillful mistress. - "Why did Rohen take her? For what purpose?"

"How should I know? Ask him!"

Kamily changed into a thin cornflower-blue silk dress in anticipation of

her husband, who soon appeared with an imperturbable expression.

"I sent her to the fleet to frolic. Don't worry. I will return your mistress

soon."

"Why is all this needed?" - Lariel waved his hands in bewilderment. - "A

fragile girl among these perverts."

"We had to scare them. I gave Miressa powers and invulnerability. She,

in the role of Mistress, made some noise there."

Kamily affectionately addressed her husband:

"Rohen, I would like to take my twins from Palien's clutches. This would

be the best punishment for him."

"This is really cruel," - Rohen grinned. - "That's exactly what he's afraid of.

I'll do it later. Babies develop well, but it is better for them to grow up with

you, because their Essences chose you as their mother."

"Indeed?" - Kamily clasped her hands. - "I miss my little ones so much. You

will break his heart. For some reason, he really loves these kids."

"Hmm, I agree. I'll meet him in person soon."

Lariel was amazed at the beauty in a black dress who suddenly entered

his bedroom. He barely recognized her.

"Miressa? What's with your appearance? Why have you changed so

much?"

Miressa rushed to him and clung to him with a satisfied smile, ringing

with her affectionate voice:

"Oh, Radiant! It was Rohen who rewarded me for my service in the

Palien fleet."

Lariel frowned as he read information from her about her exploits.

"Why do you need a child from this officer? You could have avoided this."

"My King, Shemion loves me and proposed marriage."

"Wow! Well, I don't know, you ruined your relationship with the Fleet

Commander, how can you live with his officer?" - Lariel laughed. - "It's a pity of

course."

"What's a pity?"

"We won't be close now!" - He stopped smiling and freed himself from her

hands.

"But why, Radiant?" - Miressa cried resentfully.

"I can't stand the Xantarians and their crystals inside you," - he said irritably.

"Radiant! Don't reject me!" - She begged, but Lariel pushed her out the

door, saying one last time:

"Don't be offended, but this is a serious mistake. My subject should not

have gotten involved with the Xantarians. His crystal in you connects you

across any distance, and I don't want the officers to know about my deeds

and plans. Don't come near me until you give birth."

Miressa cried bitterly and trudged home in the dark. Suddenly she heard

Shemion's distinct voice in her head:

"Darling, don't cry, now I will always be there, you can communicate with me at any time. It's good that you can hear me, you have become a telepath."

She tried to answer him: "Can you hear me?"

He laughed: "You will get used to such communication, our channel is

constantly open through the child."

"The King kicked me out because of this."

"Okay, we can love each other from a distance. I will send my phantom

to you, only you can see it."

Suddenly, a full-length transparent image of Shemion appeared next to

her. He looked as if he were alive: he moved and smiled. She tried to touch it,

but her hand went through the image.

Phantom looked around.

"It's already dark, where is your house?" A voice sounded in her head.

Since then, the phantom followed her incessantly and even lay down

next to her in bed, hugging her with his weightless transparent hand,

accompanying all his actions with telepathy. He walked with her around the

city, looking with curiosity at all the passers-by, and especially women.

"You are the most beautiful, Miressa!" - Shemion often told her, sighing,

comparing her with everyone else.
