Chapter 11: Narrow escape ( 2 )

He somehow felt guilty.

Hannah picked them cleaning equipment and started cleaning up the place in tears.

Tylor slowly walked back and sat in sofa.

' Am I being harsh on her ? '

He asked himself.

Hannah was still busy with the cleaning when Tylor came back and went directly to the fridge where he picked some stuff. She stole glances from him as he begun chopping the vegetables.

He did everything seriously and Hannah found herself looking at him instead. He had finished setting up everything when he turned and found her looking at him.

" If you are done cleaning, Go to you room ! " He said and made himself busy with the cooking.

Hannah left him there and she was in her room when he opened and entered her room. She sat still and said no word.

Tylor's look was still cold and he put the tray down on the bed side table.

It had well prepared food and a glass of water.

" When you are cooking, You mind on the amount of water you use, The heat and salt. " He said setting up the plates and then looked at her.

" Don't think that I will be cooking for you everyday. If you don't learn, You will die f hunger . " He said and turned to leave but when he was at the door he said.

" I am going out. Don't do anything stupid ! " He left after saying this.

Hannah got a fork to have a bite of the food and her surprise it was very delicious.

' He's such a good cook ! But why is he very heartless ? '

She thought and begun enjoying the food. After eating, She took back the dishes to the kitchen and washed them. She was done with this when she started walking around the house.

She saw the tv remote control and thought of beginning to watch.

She watched the rest of the day as she of course had nothing else to do.

When Tylor returned that evening he found her in the sofa and to his surprise she had dozed off and the tv was on.

He sighed and went to wake her up but he was distracted when she turned and her face faced his.

She was still asleep and her eyes were fully closed with her face relaxed. She looked very beautiful like this and he was attracted to keep staring at her.

He stood like that for like half a minute only to be brought back my a loud noise from the tv.

He got the remote and switched the tv off.

' Why do I care anyway, She can sleep here ! '

He sneered and went to his room.

The following day was a Monday so he obviously had to go for work.

When Hannah opened her eyes , She found herself in the sofa and got up.

' How comes I slept here ? '

She was in wonder when she remembered that she had been watching. She got up to go to her room when she saw a note on the table.

....There's food in the kitchen and some fruits and snacks in the fridge. Don't do anything stupid ! .....

The note read. She couldn't believe that he had cooked for her again.

After showering , brushing her teeth and changing clothes, Hannah went down to eat her breakfast and she put the tv on again and to be welcomed by a photo of herself.

It was the announcement that indicated her missing and Wilson had put a prize of 5millions to anyone who came across her and brought her to him.

Tylor in his Office too received the news and smirked. Cedric was with him.

" He finally announced after being silent for four days. " Cedric said.

Tylor smiled and said. " This is just a beginning. Let's see how this will end. "

" What are you planning to do ? " Cedric asked.

Tylor got up proudly and said.

" I have no big plan except hiding her for long. How about we get that 5million from him ? " Tylor asked.

" Do you mean handing her over to him ? " Cedric asked.

" Of course not..Just wait..he is going to recieve a prize today. " Tylor smirked.

Hannah had been looking for a way to talk to David after seeing the news. She thought of ways of escaping but failed until she sat down in her room

' What should I do ? I will not allow this man to use my father like this...'

The first exist door was locked when she went to it and so were the rest. This guy was so serious about kidnapping her. She got a second thought and begun looking for any other way out so she went to her room and opened the window. It was on a third floor which would be too risky for her to jump out.

" This is the only way out , What should I do ? " She wondered.

She thought hard again when she suddenly looked at her bed sheets and she smiled. She unmade the bed and tried the beans sheets but to make a rope.

" This is not long enough. I need more clothes. " She thought and checked in the ward robe where she found another pair of bed sheets and tied them up.

After this, She tied one end on the window and then threw the one down. She smiled when it reached the ground.

' Tylor, Bye bye !!! '

She said and then passed through the window as she held the bedsheets.

Slowly she begun to slope down but her hand which had a cut from the previous day was still paining. But she told herself to be strong enough and sloped down.

At the same time, Tylor returned back to the house because he wanted to take a photo of her and send it Wilson to claim some money.

The moment he entered he went directly to her room only to find the window open and the bed sheets there.

" Hannah.." He called.

When Hannah heard him she tried to increase her pace.
