I drank some water in my room and I verified that there is no poison with my skill [Eyes Of Observation (SSS)], It is an amazing skill.

I started with my exercises with pushups and as I mentioned before I was good at sports on Earth so I believe I have good stamina in this world also. The only thing I am scared of now is becoming a bald hero after all these exercises.

Doing pushups is harder as all my variable stats are '1' after 20 pushups it felt as if all my muscles were screaming but I didn't want to stop here as I want that skill [Magic Circuit (A) or was it because my high persistence stat I don't know.

I got a new skill, I stopped my pushups and sat on the floor thinking about how easy to acquire new by repeating things a few times or is it also the perk of being a dimensional traveler the increased growth rate.

I continued my pushups and finally reached 50, and this happened.

I rested for about 15 minutes and continued with the next exercises focusing only on that as I muted the notifications.

I completed 100 each of squats, planks, and jumping, and now the ones pending are pull-ups and running

my stats increased by 18 just by doing exercises for around 2 hours. It feels great to grow stronger. But my body is currently screaming out in pain so I decided to rest for a while.

after resting for a while I felt refreshed and I took a bath and changed to the clothes provided to me by the attendant. I opened the door and Saintess Ravia was waiting outside my room.
