Chapter 53: To The Elf Kingdom

After the match ended, Ryo once again lost all of his stamina. Hendrick have to carry him to the inn where he can rest his body, and Ray is just a bit tired but he doesn't need Hendrick's help.

They have a conversation while on their way back to the inn, and first Hendrick agree to join Ray's party since Ray has won the tournament. After witnessing the king's aura once, Hendrick got goosebumps. He also have the aura but it's not strong as Ray, and if he have a match with Ray he would probably lose.

"The two-on-two fight was insane, you're good at hiding your aura heh, Ray."

Hendrick impresses by the two-on-two fight.

"We have to do it fast or else we will lose the fight."

They have been attacked by an unknown group, and got knocked-out. They barely reached the arena and almost got disqualified. Ray got no choice so he use the king's aura to immobilize Son and Yon then Ryo dealt the final blows.

"Hahaha, you're the first one who made the king add a new rule."
