"Good name!" Milo Simmons praised.
Far away in Wollo, Luke Yates was grooming the donkey when he suddenly sneezed. "Achoo! What's going on? Why do I feel like someone is trying to trick me?"
Little did he know, over at Maknum, Milo's team had set off. A group of six walked inside.
As soon as they reached the city gate, they were blocked by eight people.
"Six people, pay six hundred immortal stones," said an ancient immortal, glancing at them and demanding money.
Braydon Neal was a bit surprised.
There hadn't been any fees here before.
It had only been a short while, and now someone was already charging.
"Senior, I'm a disciple of an immortal sect. I don't have to pay, right?" Milo quickly explained with a smile.
"The races have set a rule: no matter which race you're from, if you enter Maknum, you must pay immortal stones," the ancient immortals guarding the place said, showing no mercy.
