Krillin's Death

The second match began.

Jackie Chun easily beat Man Wolf and then used Krillin's shiny bald head as the moon and hypnotized Man Wolf to believe Krillin's head was the moon.

Man Wolf, deep in the hypnosis, turned into a human. He had been hostile toward Jackie Chun for destroying the moon and made him stay as a wolf man. Now he happily left the stage.

The third match started.

Goku rushed up and sent a barrage of punches at Chiaotzu before he managed to react and was sent flying out the stage.

"Hehe!" Goku smiled and V-posed to the audience. He did not hold back as the Crane School and Turtle School were enemies. His actions angered Master Shen, he clenched his fist in anger while Bulma the the group jeered him.

Fourth match started.

Kalan and Blond Lunch stepped on the stage, Lunch readied her stance and looked eager to fight Kalan.

"You know that you already lost to me outside awhile ago, right?" Kalan stared dumbly at Lunch.

"Hmph, even if I can't beat you, I'll pull of a few threads of your clothes!" Lunch rushed up at Kalan.

Kalan simply unwrapped his tail from his waist and simply used his tail to block all the punches and kicks.

"Fight me seriously!" Lunch said angrily.

Kalan took out a feather and tickled her nose.

"You!! Atchoo" Lunch stared angrily at Kalan before sneezing.

"Eh? What am I doing here?" Blue Lunch asked confusedly as she looked around the stage.

"How about you go stay with Bulma and the rest of the group?" Kalan said kindly.

"Alright!" Lunch nodded and left the stage.

The audience stared dumbly at the stage, the girl had suddenly changed hair color and personality.

The Semi-finals was decided.

First Match Tien Shinhan vs Jackie Chun.

Secound Match Kalan vs Goku.

The first match began.

Tien Shinhan and Jackie Chun fought equally for a long time before Tien Shinhan used Solar Flare and blinded Jackie's eyes and floored him.

He then arrogantly fired a Kamehameha at Jackie Chun who was forced to deflect it upward so the audience wouldn't be killed. Jackie Chun then forfeited, even though neither had brought out their full strength yet.

Next was Kalan vs Goku's fight.

Just like earlier, Kalan simply used his tail to defend all of Goku's attacks. He never dodged nor jumped away from any attacks. Leg sweeps, attacks behind the back, punches, and kicks were all easily blocked by Kalan's nimble tail.

"Grr! I can't even make you fight me serious!" Goku looked competitively at Kalan.

"Ka...Me...Ha...Me...Haaaa!" Goku jumped back and fired a Kamehameha.

"Not bad." Kalan said, his tail whipped and deflected the Kamehameha back at Goku.

*Boom* Goku jumped away as his Kamehameha hit the stage where he had stood and cracked.

"Alright, let's finish this quickly so I can go back home." Kalan said and put his palm facing Goku.

"Ha!" Kalan fired a Kiai, a shockwave blasted out from Kalan's palm and blasted Goku out of the stage.

"Kalan, you're so strong. Maybe I should train in your dojo?" Goku asked.

"I barely stay in my dojo though... But you can spar with Nam and Yamcha, they're pretty strong too." Kalan said honestly.

"Hey! You're stealing my students!" Master Roshi had removed his wig after forfeiting, and now shouted in exasperation.

"What are you talking about? I didn't do anything." Kalan rolled his eyes.

"Master Roshi, what student is he stealing?" Goku asked dumbly.

"It's you!" Master Roshi said exasperate.

"Huh? But I never said I'm joining Kalan's dojo. I just want to train there." Goku said confused.

"Eh? Um, nevermind then." Master Roshi said awkwardly.

The final match began.

Tien Shinhan stared warily at Kalan, he saw how easily he defended against Goku's attacks with simply his tail.

The fight ended quickly as Kalan was tired in this charade. Tien Shinhan tried all kinds of tricks and attacks. Although Solar Flare managed to blind Kalan's eyes, he simply used his Ki sense to feel the attacks. He could also use his telepathy senses as his eyes if need to be.

Just like last fight, Kalan blasted Tien Shinhan out the stage with a Kiai Shockwave. Tien Shinhan knew what Kalan was going to do when he had lifted his palm facing him, but he was helpless in defending against the strong force and got blasted out the stage.

Kalan as usual advertised his dojo before leaving the stage.

The group gathered together and congratulated Kalan for his third championship.

Tien Shinhan came over to duel Goku one on one to get revenge on Tao Paipai who Goku had killed during his war with Red Ribbon Army. Tao Paipai was actually the younger brother of Master Shen who was Tien Shinhan's master.

Goku agreed, he was never afraid of battles. The fight took place in the stage, the announcer who loved exciting battles agreed without a second thought. He even happily offered to be the announcer for this unofficial match.

Goku and Tien Shinhan fought equally for a while, until Chiaotzu used his telekinesis to attack Goku's internal organ, hampering his movements.

Tien Shinhan fought a bit before he noticed what was going on and order Chiaotzu to stop interfering with his battle. Master Shen wanted Tien Shinhan to use this opportunity to kill Goku to get revenge for his younger brother. Tien Shinhan did not want to fight dirty and refused his master's order.

Goku had looked angrily at Tien Shinhan, but after learning he had nothing to do with the dirty attacks, he had a better opinion of Tien Shinhan. The two fought intensively and ended up in a draw. The two became friends and eagerly awaited their next battle.

Because both Tien Shinhan and Chiaotzu had disobeyed their master, they no longer had a place to return. Master Roshi had offered then to stay with him, but due to the rivalry between Crane School and Turtle School, they declined. Even though they had betrayed their master, they still considered themselves as Master Shen's students.

"Hey, you guys can stay at my dojo. There are a few strong guys there too." Kalan offered.

"Alright, then I'll take up your offer." Tien Shinhan was also tempted to see how strong the other dojo members where, he also wanted to know the extent of Kalan's strength. Since Kalan's dojo did not have any enmity with his old school, there wouldn't be any problems for them to stay there for now.

"New instructor, get! Hehehe! Once you get in, there's no going back!" Kalan said quietly in his mind.

"Kalan I hope you don't mind me staying your dojo as well." Blond Lunch said with a blushing face, she stared at Tien Shinhan. Unknowingly she had sneezed and turned blond again.

"Sure, why not?" Kalan said and thought "Maybe with Lunch also practicing martial arts now, she might have a chance with Tien..."

"Nooo! The only girl is gone!" Master Roshi showed exaggeratedly pained look.

Tien Shinhan offered to treat the group to a hearty meal as good will, but the group looked at him in pity. Unlike the Turtle School, Tien Shinhan and Chiaotzu regularly went out to do missions and had quite an abundance of money.

"What?" Tien Shinhan asked questioningly.

"Hihihi, you better not. You wouldn't believe how much some people here can eat." Krillin said humorously.

Goku wanted to get his stuff before going to eat, Krillin offered to go get them, considering Goku was still exhausted from the recent battle with Tien Shinhan.

Krillin shouted from inside the building, the group hurried over to find Krillin dead. The announcer lying on the floor nearby told the group that a monster killed Krillin and stole both the dragon ball and the tournament register.

Goku was enraged seeing his friend killed. He hurriedly jumped on his cloud and grasped the dragon radar in his hand. He flew away before anyone could stop him.

The group found a piece of paper with the demon symbol on it.

"I can't believe it! It's the emblem of the demon Piccolo!" Master Roshi said in shock.

"Piccolo...? I forgot about that. I've been having such a merry time in Other World I forgot about these details... Sorry Krillin." Kalan silently prayed to Krillin. Kalan would probably not have returned for years if it wasn't for the WMA. He had completely forgotten about the King Piccolo Saga.
