Living hell, Flashback 03

"[ Celestial hammer] is a martial art technique both for the mind and will power. It is said when you reach full mastery of this martial art, any army force or mountain will turn in to dust if received it full force.

"Without a strong mind you won't be able to handle the stress it puts on your body.

"Without speed and accuracy, you won't reach your foe"

Obviously, all of this is a lie Alex, how could mortals create something like that and especially in the true mortal realm where no Qi exists or any other super natural energy."

"Still things will change if I modify it a-bit and if you're a cultivator, with their superior strengthen body and qi they can handle it fine up to a certain point." "What is most important though is how much qi their Dantian can hold."

Alex responded quickly again to that reminder

After hearing that she stopped talking, Alex decided to think a lot for a while. He read many novels before that stated that the cultivators had a thing called inner vision to help with these numerous issues.

Inner vision allowed people to explore their body like a scanner to observer anything from blood flow, tissue damage, tissue strength and ki flow.

They were made-up stories though. Still, he was willing to give it a try. He started with the obvious… he looked for his pulse by putting his fingers on his neck, sadly he ended up disappointed. He had no pulse, with this revelation he figured out he had no heart anymore or at least nothing close to what was consider normal heart. Again, this made him slightly nervous as everything was alien to him... He tried many other methods and all ended up in failure then, all of a sudden, a frightening idea popped up.

"What if…"

He checked out his theory and he was right and from that point on he managed to learn the most basic part of how his body moved his energy around…
