promised me."

"Doll, I-"

"No, Mark." Eleanora stated, putting her hands on her hips. "You promised me that you would stop talking to her so much."

Mark sighed, looking at his wife with a slightly shameful face. "I couldn't help it, Doll. We just got started and it kept going and going and now-"

"And now," Eleanora hissed. "My mother is on her way to Seattle all the way from New York so she can help us move into the house fully and she can decorate the twin's nursery's. She's going to drive me crazy, not to mention the amount of conversations she's going to have with Max to try and get him to con Callie into marrying him!"

Eleanora threw her arms up, letting out a huff as she looked around their new living room. Boxes were scattered around, the only two pieces of furniture set up being their couch and the coffee table.

"She's going to go through all of our stuff and put it where she thinks is best because her house is !"

"But you love your mother." Mark said softly, walking over to place his hands on her hips. "With both of us working, maybe it'll be good for her to help out a bit."

"No." Eleanora stated firmly, but she laid her head on his chest and closed her eyes, calming down a bit. "She's going to drive me insane and try to get me to take more time off of work than what is needed. I'm only about four months along, there's no need for me to take off until I actually pop them out."

Mark pressed a kiss to her head, hiding his grin. "I know, Nora. You tell me this every time I bring up the idea of you taking some time off beforehand. Besides, maybe your mom will be so caught up with Max's thing that she won't even think about that stuff. She'll only be here for a few days."

"You know Heidi Amedeo, Mark." Eleanora snorted, looking up at him. Mark's face fell a bit as he thought about it and he just nodded curtly. Eleanora pat his chest and pressed a kiss to his lips. "Since you love gossiping with my mother so much, can pick her up from the airport later today and can spend the entire day working on the Clinical Trial."

"Yes, Doll." Mark agreed, nodding his head. A grin pulled on his lips and he pressed another kiss to her lips. "I love you, Nora."

when you thought you were done." Meredith announces, her and Eleanora walking into the room of their current trial patient, Allison.

Eleanora hauls in the lab supplies, putting on her gloves. "We need some more blood from you. Shouldn't take long and then you can relax."

"Well, if there's any left, it's all yours." Allison joked, Eleanora sending her a grin as she prepped her arm. Meredith laughed a bit, pulling out the chart to write down that they were doing more bloodwork.

"Well, Dr. Shepherd is going to come up and take a look at you, and if these labs are clean, then we're gonna move you up to the OR floor."

Allison sent them a thumbs up, Eleanora glancing over at Allison's husband and son when they spoke. Eleanora noticed something on the boys neck, her brows furrowing.

"Kyle, sweetie. What's that lump on your neck there?" She asked kindly, sending Meredith a quick glance. The taller resident turned to the young boy at that, tilting her head a bit to see it as he replied to the two women.

"Oh, that's just my bump. It doesn't hurt or anything, Dr. A. Swear it."

"We've been meaning to make an appointment, but....with everything that's been going on—"

"I'm a full time job." Allison interrupted her husband, Elenaora finishing up the blood work. She kept sending the bump on the young boys neck s few worried glances, labeling the lab work.

"No, you're not, okay?" Her husband told her, voice stern. "I should've called."

"Well, we have Doctors coming out of our ears here." Meredith told them, sending them a smile. "So I'll have someone come up and take a look. It's just one less thing to worry about."

Eleanora and Meredith exited the room, the pregnant one stopping her friend once they were a bit away from the door. Eleanora's voice was low, looking through the window into the room.

"That was a pretty big bump, Mer. It's something they wouldn't be able to miss, and they should of said something to someone."

"They're under a lot of pressure right now, Ella." Meredith told her, shaking her head. "Just give them a break, okay? We'll get it checked out and go from there."

Eleanora just sighed softly, nodding after a moment. "Okay, yeah. I'll call down to Peds, see if they can spare a doctor or something."

"Thank you." Meredith told her, moving towards the nurses station. Eleanora watched after her, still holding the labs in her hands. After a moment, Elenaora finally moved, going to drop off the labs and then send a doctor to the room they just left.

_____

, at first I thought it was a benign cyst, but it looks like it's probably a cyst in hygroma." April said, looking at the X-Rays of Kyle's bump with Arizona, Meredith, and Eleanora. Eleanora's eyes widen as she looks at some of the X-Rays, leaning forward a bit.

"His trachea's starting to close off."

April turns to Arizona, crossing her arms. "I'll move your Diverticulectomy. Or maybe Dr. Stark has time for it?"

"Dr. Stark has time for what?" Eleanora jumped a bit at the man's voice, the head of Peds walking in with his own X-Rays.

"Uh, I've got a diverticulectomy, we're hoping that you could take it, 'cause this hygroma needs to come out right away." Arizona informs him, motioning towards the X-Rays. Stark leans in and looks at them, eyes widening a bit.
