A Separate Plane Of Existence

Ivy spent all of P.E. copying the notes Carson lent her. Her hand started to cramp by the end of the period because there were so many.

The only class she needed to catch up in on her own was German but that wasn't so bad because she enjoyed the subject. She had briefly looked over the makeup work Mrs. Arnold had given her and discovered she already knew practically all of the material.

With Carson's study plan (and the fact that he was willing to let her copy on useless assignments) she felt hopeful that her entire Christmas break wouldn't be ruined by studying. She should be able to take her finals right after school started again without too much trouble.

Before all of this happened she had been looking forward to trying to read The Little Prince in French over the break. There might still be time for that after all if she was lucky.
