Chapter Seventy Six
The manager led them to a private booth where they could discuss without anyone overhearing them. He dismissed Manny so the attendant could go see to other customers. It seemed that despite their sky high prices, they still got quite a lot of customers. And money too...
"Let me introduce myself," The manager began. "My name is Barney, but please, call me Barn."
"It's nice to meet you, Barn. My name is Kasuyi, and this is Nedra." Kasuyi replied with an arm around Nedra. "I don't know if Manny told you the exact reason why you were needed, but let me repeat it, just to be sure. I am interested in the Blue Arctic robe, but the price is quite high... My pocket isn't as deep as I thought it would be when I first entered into this establishment." Kasuyi gave Barn a strained smile.
"I completely understand what you mean, Kasuyi. Luckily for you, out boss had already called in yesterday and put in a good word for you." Barn smiled back at the confused pair.
