Before either of the lizards could strike out at him again, Kai rolled on his side, waving an arm full of ice attributed mana in an arc in the air in front of him. A chilled, frosty air spread out a meter around him as he did so.
The next moment, a cracking sound echoed through the trees as one of the lizards whipped its tails forward. The moment it came in contact with the frosty air, a deep blue, shade of color crept across its tail, and then, the wicked lizard's tail promptly shattered!
The frost attributed mana that was infused in the air around had dug through the defenses of the scales of the lizard, freezing it directly, and then, with the force behind the attack, the tail of the lizard had directly shattered the approaching limb!
