The Hidden village,

Deep in the Black forest past the Rainfall waterfall, at the base of Tomunara Mountain, was a medium sized village named Gumaharu.

This was a special type of village, which a group of ninjas called home.

"Hey get up you freeloading"

"Ok I'm up, what do you want old man." I said

"that's not how I taught you to talk to me, your own father."

"Well then don't wake me up before the sun comes up." I grumbled.

"One of the hunters found a pack of wolves and were able to bring them all back, we have to set up for a feast tonight.

"Okay I'll be ready in about five minutes"

I'm Mercury Foxe, age 15, son of the the village chief. There are six different paths that chance can take you, Ninja, Swordsman, Skylars, Knight, Majiic, Sailmen. Ninjas, Swordsmen and Knights are self explanatory, but Skylars Majiic and Sailmen are a bit different. Skylars are lords of the sky and according to what I've seen they live in the clouds. Majiic are wizard and witches, while the Sailmen call the sea their home they live underwater. As soon as your 17th birthday comes you get an extraordinary ability that sorts you into one of the six different kingdoms. For me that not even six months away

When I was about five years old I wandered off and kind of almost had our village found out by Swordsmen, the Ninjas and Swordsmen loath each other. so my older brother was assigned to keep an eye on me till I was older, then later thet week my father ordered the bridge that I ran across, to be cut so the Swordsmen couldn't get into the village.

Last year my best friend Brandon Plambeck, on his 17th birthday he grew wings and left the village and became a Skylar.

Suddenly one of the lookouts burst through the front door to our house, " Damen and Mercury, an old guy just stumbled into the village!" (Damen in my dad)

"How did he find us we cut of any way in or out of the village."

"Sir that's the thing, someone build a bridge to the mountain without us knowing about it."

"Can you tell us more about this..... old guy."

"As a matter of fact I can, he seems to have the Crest of Volmund."

"LET HIM IN THE VILLAGE THAT MAN YOU JUST CALLED "OLD GUY," IS OUR KING."

"Yes sir right away"

As my father and I walk towards our Monarch, we stop and bow to him as a show of respect.

"So I see Mercury is coming towards his 17th birthday, so I've brought some gifts just incase he becomes a ninja. here is his own pair of shurikens and his own set garbs."

"Thank you Monarch I will treasure these gifts.

"Till next time Mr Foxe, but your father Is the the one i came to see."

Since home wasn't an option because my father and the Monarch were taking I decided to go over to my friend Shyler's place who I've had a crush on for the longest time. when I got to shyler's place I noticed nobody was home. I decided to go check the entrance to see if anyone was there and the regular two guards were there but they were suspiciously quiet.

Then suddenly I saw something move in the woods so being the curious person I was I followed it and lone and behold I saw a man, he looked sick, then I noticed two swords one attached to him at the waist, "He's a Swordsmen."
