Sej opened the bottle of black body refinement pills. When the bottle was opened, a light fragrance wafted through the air and spread quickly to the surrounding, When smelled, it caused the body to relax and feel invigorated. Sej quickly took out a pill and closed the lid. The pill had three grey spots, this indicated that the pill had a purity of 70% which was quite good but not amazing. Sej swallows the pill. As the pill passes through his mouth he tastes peaches. It reminded him of his home but soon it disappeared along with the pill into his stomach.

Soon he begins his exercises for his skin refinement. As the pill melted away in his stomach, slowly, his body started to heat up. His pores opened wide, as suddenly spiritual energy was bombarding his body at a rate at least twice as fast as before. His skin was quickly saturated with spiritual energy but the pressure kept increasing slowly, Boom, the spiritual energy pushed right past his skin and started to penetrate his muscles. Sej had a breakthrough and muscles refinement had been achieved. Sej moved on to completing the exercises for muscle refinement, which was long memorised, soon the effects of the pill wore off. Quickly, he sent out a punch with his full might, the air creating swishing sounds in his presence. He estimated his punching strength was about 500 pounds. He went outside to test his speed, Sej marked out about 100 meters and tested himself. Running like the wind, freedom was what he felt as the timer hit 7.38 seconds when he finished the sprint. Fast and free. He was happy. Taking a shower and going to sleep with a small smile on his face, Sej looked forward to the new day.

The morning of Planet Castian quickly came, the day cycle here was similar to earth but was 25 hour days as opposed to 24. It did not take long to adapt. Awakened by the sunlight of the morning, Sej slow waddled to the kitchen, on the way he heard chattering and laughter.

"Sam you are spilling it everywhere, go, just go to the table and I will finish making breakfast." A high, chirpy but kind voice said with annoyance.

"Come on Cara, it is not right for you to cook alone, plus it is not like Henry will help," Sam said in a joking tone,

" Hey I am right here you know, plus it's not like I don't want to help, Cara already kicked me out." Complained Henry, while rubbing his hair. Black smoke was rising from his head.

" Shut up chubby, who burns their hair while cooking, your hair is not even that long." An annoyed Cara spoke.

" Hey where is Sej, he came back late last night right?" question Sam.

Sej just happens to walk in at this time while saying "I'm here, why you miss me."

Only for a snapping response to follow, "Sorry I don't swing that way." While turning around and dropping a pan filled with pancakes.

"out, out now Sam sit at the table with Henry, you as well Sej," shouted Cara in a very irritated tone.

Sej could not help wondering, what happened to that shy girl of yesteryear? Before taking a seat at the table.

"Sej, my man, what you've been up to. You disappeared yesterday," Henry said while tapping his stomach drumming away a tune.

"Nothing much, I just took a formation mission assignment, thought I would get a headstart on my assignments this month, what of about you Henry"

"oh jumping right in I see, our lot went to the market after registering, we when to stock supplies, and learn more about the sect and what we should do know," Henry replied

Sam continued, "the food here is quite cheap, only 2 crystal for a week's worth of supplies, for us four," Sej quickly picked up these subtle hints that his friends were dropping and quickly pulled out an essence crystal tossing it to henry.

"Breakfast is served" a bright voice projected through the room before Cara placed a plate of pancakes with syrup on the table. What the pancakes and syrup were made of, Sej had know idea but dug in anyway. It was delicious. After breakfast, Sej quickly excused himself before putting on his robe and leaving.

Before leaving he heard Cara call out " hey Sej our group is going to go out to a restaurant tonight in the city. we are going to discuss what we should do in the future. Make sure you come back here before 7 pm got it," Cara spoke in a commanding tone,

"Sure thing." A quick reply before sej was out of the door on his way to Elliotts.
