Prologue

Azad whimpered as the footsteps got louder. He and the other boy were shielded by someone, she was small in size yet on her left hand she carried a sword the size of a fully grown adult man. The sword looked as if it weighed a tonne but it didn't seem to hinder her. As the light peeking through the crack from under the door became brighter her auburn her seemed to glow with her shadow cast across the room giving her a presence multiple times as much as her small frame would normally allow. The voices approaching became clearer and louder. She pulled the two boys behind her then pointed her palm towards the door.

"Paterif" she whispered.

An orange glow shot out from her palm and surrounded the door before it dispersed.

She then pointed her arms towards the door, sword clasped between "Leis" she whispered again.

Nothing seemed to happen. The footsteps were very close now, just outside the door.

Azad's heart started racing, he clutched the woman who turned around to look at him.

She smiled "Don't worry Jevi! I'll never let anything happen to you and your brother"

No sooner had those words escaped her mouth, a bright light filled the entire room followed by a loud boom.
