I have recently tried to use my account and found that it has been frozen. Not to be disrespectful, but I would like to know why you have done this? I have bills to pay and I can't if my account is locked. Is there any way that I can have access back to my bank account in order to pay my bills? Also, if you could kindly explain why you have pulled such a bold move that would be greatly appreciated? Thank you for your time.
