Magic And Element.

We arrived at the school gate there were guard stationed at each side of the gate they wore armor that completely protect their entire body when they notice scarlets arrival, they both bowed while placing their arms at their chest. showing proper courtesy.

Seeing how serious they were my face stiffen up a little of course this was a school for royalties and nobility so I couldn't help but feel out of place.

"There is no need to be nervous everything will be fine."

"I'm not nervous I just want to make a good first impression."

The knights then open the gate to let us through.

"Good morning my lady."

"Yes, and same to you."

"G-good morning."

I greeted them nervously of course I didn't want to embarrass myself, so I tried to be as polite as possible.

When we entered the school, I saw nobles and royalties wearing uniforms, chatting along they seem to be in their early teens to mid-teens, there was also knight guards everywhere you look.

Some nobles had their own personal maid with them, the outside of the school looked extremely big but it doesn't compare to the inside of the school field there were small building on each side the exterior of the buildings were all well-made, it was obvious the outer walls were well constructed and built with perfection, and in the middle, there was a huge building, which look even more well-made and luxurious when compared with the other buildings in the surrounding. I slowly followed after Scarlett to make sure I don't get lost.

When we arrived on campus, we were greeted by some of Scarlett's friends.

"Scarlett you finally came it's not like you to be late."

She said with a bit of surprise.

"It's not like I wanted to be late, I ran into some issue this morning."

Scarlett looked at me with a somewhat displeased face I did apologize for wakening up late many times on our way here cold sweat was running down my face.

"I'm really sorry about that."

Scarlett's friend looked at me with a really curious expression.

She had really white skin brown hair and sparkly blue eyes.

"Let me introduce you, this is Haruto Sato due to some circumstances he is currently staying at the royal palace."

Scarlett said nervously it was decided by the king that I would have their backing, having the royal family support would help keep troublesome nobles away.

"I see, I'm Chelsey Wesley, the third daughter of the Wesley noble family it's nice to meet you Sir Haruto."

She said with a light bow.

"Ye-yes please treat me well."

I gently extended my hand to Chelsey she slightly blushes but then shakes my hands.

With that we then made our way to the class room I noticed there was mostly high-ranking nobles present there was a lot of guys and girls each from rich and noble families and quite a few royalties, those who are not nobles and royalties all stayed in their own lane of course this was understandable, normally commoners wouldn't even be able to speak to a noble much less those from a royal birth, the thought of what might happened to them and their family if they would ever step out of line and be rude to a noble or Royalty is enough to make them turn pale.

In this world talents alone don't matter what matters the most are status the higher the status the more power and dominants the nobles have. nobles and royalties both value these over talent.

The nobles were all engage in their own conversation they didn't seem to notice my presence. However, once Scarlett walked into the classroom the nobles all greeted her.

"Your highness good morning."

"Your highness the most beautiful angel, she's truly a goddess."

"I'm so lucky to be sharing the same classroom as her highness."

The nobles all became restless as they praise Scarlett. The male nobles stared at her with heated gazed, however the female nobles all gazed at her with admiration.

The nobles were too focus on Scarlett to notice my presence, I felt a little left out. Chelsey had an awkward smile on her face as she observed their interaction.

"Don't worry it's like this all the time."

Chelsey spoke. As I wore a puzzled look on my face.

I think it's going to take a while before I get use to this.

About that time the teacher finally got to the classroom. Once, he saw the restless nobles he sighed quietly.

The teacher then raises his hand to get the attention of the students present with that everyone immediately stops and looked at the teacher.

"Good morning class today we have a new student, Sir Haruto would you introduce yourself."

The teacher said while making a small gesture.

"R-right, it's nice to meet you I'm Haruto Sato it's a pleasure to be before your great presence."

I bowed my head with my right hand on my left chest to show proper courtesy.

With that the students began to stare at me intently then started gossiping about me of course I already expected this to happened I showed no Surprise reaction instead I had a calm and compose look on my face as I observed their reaction.

"Wow he has a cute face."

"Hey, he has black hair."

Whisper, Whisper, Whisper.

"Do you think He's from a high-ranking noble family."

"No, I heard He's staying with princess Scarlett a relative, or a foreigner maybe?" "Haha He's nothing special."

"Yeah, there's nothing elegant about him."

The sound of whispering could be heard throughout the classroom. as They all started talking amongst themselves while staring at me with curiosity the female nobles looked at me with deep interest, while the male noble looked as if they were observing some strange animal.

When I began to observe the students present, I realize that royalties were all at the front row seat while nobles were at the second-row seat, the commoners were all seated at the third row behind the nobles, most high-ranking nobles are able to sit with the royalties but only if he/she permits it.

"Alright that's enough, Haruto I'll be your home room teacher you can call me Mr. Albert."

Mr. Albert sighed then interrupted the students before things got too out of control.

"Okay I understand."

"You can sit anywhere you like, but I recommend the front desk since you're with the wannabe royal family."

"Right."

I nervously walk to the closest desk near me the desk was beside an open window where you can view the scenery of the school field.

Then I notice two familiar face that was staring at me it was Scarlett and Chelsey who was sitting side by side at the front seat they both smiled while waving so I greeted them back, I then sat at the front desk while looking at the view from the window while feeling the gentle breeze and the warm sunlight.

"I've never seen black hair before."

Suddenly I heard a voice from beside me when I turn my line of sight to the voice, I saw a girl with light purple hair and dark purple eyes, she also wears a short round, glasses to be honest she was really cute.

"Yeah, I'm from some place for away."

I said awkwardly.

"I see, well anyway I'm Sofia Miller, the oldest daughter of the miller royal family."

She smiled at me while introducing herself.

(she's a princess in that case I shouldn't say anything to embarrassed myself)

I thought.

"It's nice to meet you, your highness."

I said politely.

The teacher then started to write on the black board, his writing was extremely beautiful however it wasn't a language I could understand.

I crocked my head at the unfamiliar language while frowning my face a bit.

(What kind of language is that? it doesn't look like a language I know)

I thought.

The teacher then begins to explain about magic and its concept, it seems mages need mana to be able to use magic power while everyone is born with mana not everyone is able to use magic it would take many years for an average person to learn how to use advanced magic, however there are exceptions to this rule someone talented enough may be able to use high level magic base on the user's own skills. nobles and royalties are blessed with a lot of mana. while commoners all have weak mana most people would use mana crystal a type of artifacts as a way to use magic.

(If that's the case then I guess I won't be able to use advanced magic then)

I thought to myself as I wore a very disappointed expression.

I thought that maybe I can use advanced magic as a way to return home but if commoners all have weak mana, then I guess I won't be able to.

"However, like I said there is always exceptions sometimes commoners are born with strong mana, but it's really rare."

Magic users are able to manipulate the laws of the world through mana to use magic, the people of this world see it as a blessing from the gods, if someone has weak mana then anyone who has more will naturally see that person as an outcast, that's why nobles and royalties looked down on commoners since their inferior to them.

Other races also have mana such as beast man and demi human. they have much more magic power then an average human, while monster also has mana however monsters aren't able to use magic, since magic requires an incantation, monsters aren't intelligent enough to learn them, they focus more on their natural instinct.

One of the students raise his hand Mr. Albert then permit him to speak. "What about elves I've heard their all-powerful mages?"

"Ahh.... that's a good question, unlike us human elves are loved by mana."

I didn't understand what he meant by that, but I guess that elves are also blessed with an abundant of mana similar to nobles and royalties. "Okay class today each of you are going to touch this stone."

The teacher then pulls out a blue crystal from his pocket, the crystal was a very beautiful blue color, and it was extremely shiny.

The students all looked at the crystal curiously.

"Um... may I ask what that is?"

Scarlett had a very curious expression on her face while holding up her hand.

"This is a magic crystal it has the power to measure a person's magic power."

The students all looked very intrigued; I wonder if I will really be okay if my mana is only average then it will take a long time for me to learn magic.

After explanations were finish, we all went to the training ground were now in a field surrounded by nature, you could feel the gentle breeze as it blows through the trees the sun wasn't very hot the sky was very clouded, each student looked very excited about the magic lesson.

Honestly, I'm very worried about whether I can use magic or not since I'm not royalty or a noble maybe I can't use magic. I'm not from this world so maybe there's a chance I don't have mana, I don't want to be a laughingstock on my first day it will be middle school all over again.

"Well then jay will you go first?"

"Yes Sir."

Jay then puts his hands on the magic crystal the stone then starts to glow slightly the results 600% which is really high.

With that the teachers were really amazed the students were also really amazed by his magic power he then wore a satisfied expression.

"Okay next up we have Patrick."

Patrick then puts his hands on the stone then it glows slightly the amount of mana Patrick has is 505%.

The teacher then wore a very satisfied expression seeing his power.

"Your highness Princess Sofia your next."

Sofia puts her hands on the stone it then glows slightly the amount she has was 700%. "As expected of a prodigy." "Yes, she is really impressive."

I heard such conversation.

(I know she's a princess, but is she really that impressive)

I thought to myself.

Sofia's magic altitude was the highest yet of course the teachers were very impressed by her powers she then winks at me which gave me a really awkward vibe.

"Okay Sir Satoshi it's your turn."

Satoshi puts his hands on the stone the stone then glows slightly the amount of mana he has was 200%.

"Lady Chelsey your next."

Chelsey puts her hands on the stone the stone then glows slightly the amount of mana she has was 750%.

Another high number all the teacher and students were very impressed with the amount of mana she has it will soon be my turn I was sweating slightly a little nervous, but I try to stay calm.

"Your highness princess Scarlett it's your turn."

Scarlett touches the stone the stone then glow slightly the amount of mana she has was 900%.

Which was the highest everyone didn't really seem to be so surprised as if it was only natural, however the male nobles stared at Scarlett with heated expression, it was now my turn to go.

"Alright then Sir Haruto your next."

I slowly walk towards the stone I was really sweating cold bullets; Scarlett had a somewhat nervous look on her face after all she knew I wasn't of a noble birth, but she waves her hands to cheer me on, so I took a deep breath then I gently touch the stone.

The stone immediately began to glow a bright blue color it was so bright that no one could open their eyes.

The amount of mana I have was 100.000 which shock everyone they have never seen a number that high in fact even the highest-ranking noble have never reached that high before the stone.

Crack~

immediately the sound of glass shattering could be heard, I guess it can't handle that much mana.

Everyone looked at me with a dumfounded expression.

"Huh?"

"Wait 100,000 is that even possible!?"

"""Ehhhhh!"""

Of course, I was also surprised I didn't understand why I had that much mana in the first place I'm not from this world so why was I given this much power?

(Hmmm, maybe the magic crystal malfunction somehow)

Mr. Albert thought to himself with a serious expression.

This school has been here for years, and no one has ever had this much mana before, nor has there ever been anyone with this much mana outside or even in the other Kingdoms. the only ones who have ever been seen with this much power are the heroes of legends and no one has ever seen them since the great war three hundred years ago. for this boy to have the same mana as those heroes' that shouldn't be possible.

Mr. Albert had a conflicted expression on his face as he stared at me. I guess having 100.000 worth mana is out the norm just as I thought.

"Haruto, I knew you were strong, but I didn't think you were this strong."

"Me neither."

"Wow you're really amazing Sir Haruto, I'm sure you could be the strongest student in school."

Scarlett and Chelsey both stared at me with amazement, they both continued praising me, while the other noble men glared at me with cold gazed. The Female noble all continued to stare at me with admiration expressions.

I laugh nervously to be honest I don't like the current atmosphere.

After we measured the amount of mana, we had we then try to see what kind of magic element we had.

"Well then now that you know how much mana you have, it's time for each of you to see what's your magic element."

All the students gather around in a circle everyone was excited to see what kind of element they have; I was also quite excited myself; I did have a little experience with magic when I tried to save Scarlett the first time, we met however at that time I was in a desperate situation so I did it unconsciously so I really don't remember it clearly but now I have a chance to experience it once again.

"Concentrate the mana in your body and then close your eyes you'll then see a certain color in your mind if the color is green then you have wind if you see red then you have fire if you see blue then you have water if you see brown then you have earth if you see white then you have light if you see black then you have dark."

Everyone listens closely to Mr. Albert they all seem very eager to find out what their elements are however I kind of think my element is wind since I was able to manipulate the wind before.

With that everyone slowly closes their eyes and started concentrating, I also close my eyes and concentrate the mana in my body I then started to feel something really warm lights started to rotate around me they were all different colors green, red, blue, brown, white, black and a Bonus color it looks kind of gold and blend with blue.

(Wait does this means I have every single element; I didn't think that was possible)

I thought to myself I wonder why it is because I was summoned, why do I have so much mana, and why was I chosen by every element.

A bunch of unanswered questions begin to surface my mind.

"Alright tell me your element."

"I got wind."

"I got earth."

"I got water."

"I got light."

"I got fire."

"I got dark."

Everyone said their respected element some seem to be compatible with some than others. "And Haruto what is your element?" "It seems I got all of them."

I said in a calm tone.

"""WHAAAAT!"""

Everyone stared at me with an even more dumfounded expression.

I could only smile with a troubled looked on my face.

Yeah, so it seems I'm compatible with every single element which seems a bit much even for me. "I see you have 100.000 mana capacity and now you have every single element, this really isn't normal."

Mr. Albert face was extremely serious he was deep in thought while the other nobles were deeply staring at me, I turned my face away awkwardly.

It was already extremely rare for someone to have more than one element people with 2 or 3 elements are considered to be special however the amount of people with every element is so low that you could count it on your fingers.

"Just when you thought he can't get any stronger huh."

"Yeah, this is really weird."

Scarlett and Chelsey both stared at me in awe.

After we all found out which elements, we had we decided to have a little lunch, I'm having omelet rice the maids made me this morning, I'm currently setting in the corner of a big tree in the school field there was not a lot of people around, so I decided to stay here where it's nice and quiet.

Haruto: "These smells really good can't wait to try it."

"Mind if I join you?"

I suddenly heard a familiar voice when I turn my field of vision to the voice, I saw Sofia holding a lunch box.

"Sure, go ahead."

I said to her, it's not like I can refuse a princess, so I had no choice.

"Thank you."

The both of us began eating for 10 minutes together. You could now hear many of the other students talking with each other, some of the noble boys were bragging about themselves to the female noble and sound of birds singing could be heard. The gentle breeze was very cool as the sunlight shines through the tree leaves. "Well, you seem to really like omelet rice don't you, is it good."

Sofia said while staring at me.

"Yeah, it is."

I couldn't hide my enjoyment this is really good food of course this is something I usually eat back home all the time so having it now is really great.

"So, Haruto do you know why you're so bless with so much power, I mean not every day someone is chosen by all elements."

She said with a curious face.

"Well, I don't know to be honest with you."

(I guess it is unusual for someone to have this much power from their perspective I still don't know the limitations of this power or if it has any limits, I guess I'll have to test it out later)

I thought silently to myself.

"So, what is the highest-level mana a person has ever reach?"

I really didn't know how to answer her question, so I tried to change the subject.

"Hmmm... well, it would be the kingdom of Watanabe most powerful mage Ayumu he became the top mage of this kingdom 5 years ago."

She replies in a casual tone although she was taken aback about the sudden change of topic.

"Oh?"

I've never heard of this Ayumu before, but I guess He's really strong to be called the most powerful mage in the kingdom huh.

"He's just like you, he is also chosen by all element and has the mana compacity of 1000."

She explained with a bright smile on her face.

(He has the compacity of 1000 huh and he has all element just like me well I guess it make sense why he is called strongest in the kingdom)

I thought quietly to myself.

"Until now he had the largest amount of mana, he is also blessed with the gift of sorcery that allowed him to be more skilled at magic it really is a powerful gift."

Sofia explained in a very light tone however despite her tone her eyes were filled with excitement.

(She seems to be rather knowledgeable, even though Shes trying to hide her excitement her eyes are sparkling)

I couldn't help but laugh a little at the sight of Sofia getting pump up with excitement.

"Gift?"

However, I tilt my head as I was a little confused by the term gift since I've never heard it before.

I'm sure she's not talking about giving someone a present, I didn't know that there was another term for it.

"A gift is a special power granted to you from birth, I guess you could even call it the world's blessing, however not everyone is blessed with these gifts, it can be a gift that runs in your family or a gift that certain animals or monsters are born with or a gift a certain individual has however it's really rare for someone to have these gift." "I see so that's how it works."

"Some noble family can share the same gift and pass it down to the next generation."

"So, do you have any?"

I ask in an excited tone.

"Unfortunately, I don't, like I said it's really rare for someone to have it."

She replied with a disappointed expression. "Uh... I'm sorry about that."

I said apologetically seeing her changed expression.

"Don't worry about it."

she said while smiling wryly.

She then sighed tiredly, then in order to change the topic.

"It's about time we return to class don't you think?"

After we decided to head back, soon we heard the school bell signaling the end of lunchtime.

The nobles and royalties were all gathered on the school field we are about to practice our best magic spell everyone is expected to participate, in this training exercise.

Of course, I was also really excited, but I didn't want to overdo it and end up bringing more unnecessary attention to myself.

(I think it's best to stick with wind attribute for now just to be safe) I thought to myself.

"Now it's time you will each cast you own spell."

The students all had an excited look on their face.

"Now let's begin."

"Mother of wind blow, my target wind burst!"

A magic circle was form around jays' palm suddenly a huge blast of wind was fired from the palm of his hand, the blast of wind went through the air kicking up a cloud of dust.

The nobles all had an amazed looked on their face, the female nobles all stared at him in awe.

Jay then smiled in satisfaction.

"Now then who's next?"

The second student then walk onto the field, he looked extremely nervous as he slowly walks to the front of the field. He was silently shaking. He had short light blond hair and green eyes.

I felt kind of bad for him to be honest.

I did notice him when I first introduce myself in class, if I remember correctly his name was Tracy Beckett and he's the oldest son of the duke house the one who holds the second highest power second only to the royal family in this country, I can tell he had a timid personality; however, he doesn't seem to be a bad person I expected him to be a spoiled and arrogant guy since he was the son of a duke, I guess it show you shouldn't Judge a book by its cover.

I felt a bit of sympathy for him.

"Now then Sir Tracy your next."

"Ye-yes.... Sir."

He said nervously.

Tracy then begins to concentrate the mana in his body then hold out his hand, he then begins to chant his spell. "Ori Loudis."

A magic circle then forms on Tracy hands as his entire body was covered in a faint light, the magic spell he uses was a light spell use to enchant the user physical body and make their body more durable and much stronger, it's actually a really useful spell I should try it out when I get the chance.

I thought quietly to myself.

Tracy then made a punching gesture with his right hand even though he punches empty air, the shockwave it created formed a huge dust cloud.

His physical strength was 10 times higher than normal, anyone hit by his enchanted physical strength would at least break a few bones.

Of course, everyone was deeply impressed by his control over his mana all the nobles each had an impress look on their face.

"Wow that was amazing, don't you think so too Haruto?"

Scarlett asks in a lively tone.

"Yeah, it was impressive."

I said with a force smile.

(I'll have to try that spell when I'm practicing alone)

I thought to myself.

"Next is lady Chelsey."

Chelsey then confidently walks to the front of the field.

"Yes Sir."

She then holds out her hand and chant her spell.

"Mother of water heals my target aroma bell."

A magic circle is then formed around Chelsey's hand.

Her hands then started to glow a faint light.

That was a low-level healing spell that is capable of healing external injury, of course it had no effect on internal wounds.

Chelsey was a talented water magic user in our school, her noble family is said to be the best at water magic. I also heard she was one of the top students of course the male nobles stared at her as if they were in a trance.

She then bowed gracefully before going back to her original position besides Scarlett. "Now then your highness princess Sofia your next."

"Understood."

Sofia then went to the front of the field and hold out her palm as she begins to chant her spell.

"Shining javulent."

Suddenly a huge two-layer magic circle is then formed 20 feet in the open-air about 40 or 50 spears of light then started to fall from the sky at an incredible speed. leaving the ground scorch as smoke started to appear on the burned ground where they fell. It was clear anyone hit by that would be extremely wounded, it was a high-level spell one that can easily overwhelm dozens of people at the same time. to be honest I was really impressed she did that so easily I can see why people call her a prodigy.

Everyone had an amazed expression on their face.

Some became speechless after seeing her spell.

While others had a fearful look on their face.

I'm not sure I could avoid an attack like that, just imagine getting hit by that made me shuddered. After all it was possible to summoned hundreds of lights from the sky if the caster has the necessary amount of mana needed, it's even possible to summoned thousands of them. The light can reach speeds that no human can avoid if the user is skilled enough it does take a huge amount of control for an individual to skillfully use that spell to its full potential.

"Now then next is, you're highness princess Scarlett, your next."

"Yes."

Scarlett then walks to the front field gracefully then hold out her hands and quietly started to chant her spell.

"Mother of fire shields me from all danger flame wall."

Suddenly a huge one-layer magic circle was then formed beneath Scarletts feet it spread around her in a circle creating a wall of flame around her.

It was a defensive spell one that completely protects its caster.

Of course, everyone was impressed by their kingdom's princess.

I was also impressed I thought Scarlett wasn't good at magic when she was being attacked by those thugs, she was completely helpless so I couldn't hide my Surprise. though I guess that doesn't matter anymore the issue has already pass.

I thought.

"Now then Sir Haruto your next."

Hearing my name being called out I slowly walk out to the front field.

"I hope Mr. Pretty boy breaks his legs."

"Yeah, just because he has 100.000 mana, he probably thinks he's better than us."

"I'm sure it was just a fluke and the elements probably just felt bad for him." "Would you boys please settle down."

Sofia said coldly as she glared at the nobles. They all shuddered before her presence they were all low rank nobles they didn't have a status high enough to talk back to someone born from royalty. The nobles then stop their talking as they directed their gazed to the front field where I was currently headed.

The male nobles have been bad mouthing me ever since a while ago after discovering my insane amount of mana and finding out I had all element I started feeling the gazes of the nobles especially the females staring at my back. The mood was very awkward of course I decided to simply ignore them, I then hold out my palm then started to chant my spell.

"Mother of wind slice my target, air cutter."

A two-layer magic circle was then formed before my palm Suddenly a powerful blast of wind came from my palm taking the form of blades, the wind of blades then went straight towards a massive tree, which it slices in half in an instant it was my first time using that spell it was an upper tier attack while it was slightly weaker than the windstorm spell I cast before it could still do quite a lot of damage, my body was blown back a bit from the powerful force.

Everyone looked at me in awe I then bowed ones before returning to my original position.

I did hold back quite a bit, the last thing I need is to draw anymore unwanted attention to myself.

"Now then I have a clear grasp of your strength I hope you all will do your best to improve from here on."

""""YES SIR!"""" The students said in unison.

We then started practicing our spell some more until I decided to head towards the bathroom. "Sorry I have to use the bathroom."

I said as I was leaving.

"Okay hurry back."

While I was on my way to the bathroom, I once again noticed just how big this school was, I'm currently walking down a slight narrowed corridor I did try my best to learn the ins and outs of this school. I slightly turn my head while observing the corridor. The corridor walls was extremely clean there was no drawing or marking anywhere on the walls everything from the walls to the ceiling was completely clean.

unlike my high school walls which was a total mess.

I smile wryly remembering my old school. not sure when or if I'll ever see it again.

Thinking back on it I might never actually find a way home though it's not something I'd like to think about the future is not guaranteed, but I won't give up surely there has to be some method for crossing world at least this world seems to have a ritual of crossing between world so there is still a small chance though it's slim I have to think positive.

Thump~

I unintentionally bump into a noble while I was lost in thought. "Well, if it isn't the new transfer student."

He said with a small frown on his face.

He had a tall built and short blue hair his eyes were an amber color.

"Uh.... I'm really sorry about that I wasn't looking where I was going."

"Oh, do you think that is going to change the fact that you bump into me brat."

He glared at me with hostility.

"Once again I'm really sorry you...?"

"Yuba I'm from a high-ranking family, if you want my forgiveness then get down on your knees and beg."

He said with a small smirk on his face.

Get down on my knees why should I do that? didn't I just apologized; I don't see why I must prostrate for something like this.

I once again Bowed to the noble man while I was apologizing.

"Sorry but I don't think I should be getting on my knees for such a trivial problem."

I said while sweating nervously.

"What did you just say? trivial! are you trying to be an enemy of my noble family?"

"Uh no I just don't think I should be getting on my knees. I did apologize, didn't I? so I don't get why you're making such a big fuss out of it."

"What?"

He then rushes straight at me while he clenches his fist. and punches at full force aiming for my abdomen. However, I immediately moved out of his trajectory by rolling on the ground.

His fist punches empty air.

He then glared at me with full hostility. "You've got some nerves dodging my punch."

"Mother of fire incinerates my target, flair storm."

A three-layer magic circle was then formed.

Suddenly a vortex of flames came straight at me, the heat was so intense that not even a drop of sweat could be felt. Being surrounded by flames from all side made my mind went blank I was too slow to react to his spell I was still trying to get up off the ground besides the corridor was too narrowed for me to move I could run away but, there's no way I'll be able to make it in time. I was completely consumed by scorching hot flames.

"What's wrong kid what happened to all that's guts you had earlier?"

He asked while a small smirk appeared on his lips.

Once the flames had died down, I realized my body was trap in a vortex of wind, it completely shield me from the flames.

"Wha… impassible! I didn't see a magic circle, nor did I hear you say any incantation. Even if you did use an incantation there's no way you would be able to do it before my spell reach you!"

He exclaimed as he stood there with a confused look on his face, I don't really understand what happened either this is the second time the wind decided to protect me on its own.

If the wind didn't shield me, I'm sure my body would be burn to ash.

Realizing that made me broke cold sweat where I stood.

(What should I do now? as a commoner I can't attack a noble without getting into any serious repercussions)

I thought with a worried look on my face. I need to find a way to get out of this adversity.

Yuba only glared at me angerly as he clenches his fist fire then started to gather around him. as if to show the full extent of his anger.

I could see veins popping on his forehead as he howls. it seems I did something to insult him somehow. or could it be that I hurt his pride?

A loud feminine voice could be heard throughout the corridor.

We both turn our line of sight to the voice and saw the figure of a beautiful girl along with a handsome young man by her side.

She had long blond curly hair that reaches her waist and golden eyes she seems to be in her late teens. While the boy at her side had tall silver hair and wore a small, refined glasses.

"Well, if it isn't the student council president, it's quite the honor."

He said while he didn't hide his disgust toward them.

"As a member of the council, it is my duty to make sure you student don't fight amongst yourself, especially on school grounds." "Yuba you maybe from a high-ranking noble family but even you can't go against the school rules if you step out of line again, I'm sure you know what will happened."

The man said as he narrowed his cold gazed toward Yuba.

A strong tension is then form between them as they glared at each other.

"Tch, Yeah, Yeah, I get it I've lost interest anyway."

Yuba click his tongue in annoyance.

He then turns his back and made his way towards the other side of the corridor.

Once, they had confirmed that Yuba was gone they both turn and greeted me.

"I'm sorry you had to go through that, if only I had gotten here sooner."

The woman said with an apologetic face.

"No, it's fine don't worry about it."

I said nervously.

I was really curious as to who they were he said student council president, before he left. I looked at the girl and the boy before me while I cocked my head in wonder.

"Oh, that's right I haven't interduce myself yet haven't I?"

She said with a slight surprise in her voice.

"I am Lissa Kadoya it's a pleasure to meet you."

She smiled while introducing herself, she gave off the feeling of an elegant flower.

"And I am Shiba Temagami glad to meet you."

He said while adjusting his glasses with his right hand.

They both bowed elegantly where they stood.

"Uh oh...I'm Haruto Sato nice to meet you."

"Haruto...? oh, you're the new student am I correct?"

She Ask as her golden eyes sparkled.

"Yeah, I came here today."

"I see so that's why I couldn't recognize you, I'm glad to see that you're okay."

They both smiled.

"Well, I would love to talk to you some more however our time is limited we should get going otherwise the teachers are going to be worried."

Oh, I completely forgot I should head to the bathroom.

We then started practicing our magic for the next two hour, until it was already time to get ready to head home of course I would practice my magic alone once I get back.
