13. Acceptance

A few weeks later I had found the right time to tell Hermione and of course, she was shocked. But she was happy that I'd found someone to love but also threatened Draco to never break my heart.

It left me chuckling. We've all started to get along since they found out Blaise is a really cool guy we get on fine but he and Ron have become even closer.

Despite the bickering Pansy and Hermione get on just fine but sometimes the intellectual agreements between her, Pansy, and Draco are so annoying and boring. Me and Draco finally went on our date two everything was amazing.

The food was delicious and we got cute little matching bracelets. I don't think i could have imagined him wearing one before we got together. I've seen a sweeter side of him. One I think I would have never saw. Of course everything can't always be exactly happy.

Draco and his father had a big fight about our relationship causing Draco to pack his bags and leave. It made me feel bad, I knew his mother would be missing him, but he reassured me it would be fine that it wasn't my fault and that he wouldn't trade our relationship for anything in the world. It's was one of the few times I saw a gentle and sincere smile from him.

I think we'll be just fine we've got each other and that's all we need. Of course I still have to live with the Dursley's but I feel safe knowing I'm protected. One time Draco had come over to see me and found uncle Vernon choking me I was scared that there would be a murder that night but luckily Ron and Blaise were able to hold him back.

Since then the Dursleys haven't attacked me physically or verbally. Draco had gotten a letter from his mother a few days ago that really brightened his day I read it after him. She hoped he was well and wanted to let him know she supported his decision and was there if he ever needed her. I'm starting to think I'll be just fine now that's I've got my friends and my love together.
