Gloomy and Miserable

Lex looked at the cave ceiling while Nephthys started making tea while explaining. ''They have ravaged most of the forest and killed many monsters. It's become dangerous now.''

When hearing this, he asked. ''Have they come close to finding you?''

''They come close to the entrance but can't see through the enchantment.''

Lex nodded and looked at the red-haired cat woman, who seemed to be the opposite of death and loved life. He wondered what the Celestial Life Feline was like and decided to ask.

In a curious voice, he spoke. ''What is the life cat like? I didn't expect death to love life so much. I thought you'd be all gloomy and miserable.''

Nephthys started laughing as she poured the tea. She shook her head before talking. ''Well, life is unique. Some would call her crazy, but she's just a lost woman who hasn't had the chance to heal from the past.''
