Chapter 68

Cursing I managed to dodge one rogue as it attempted to grab me, but I wasn't able to avoid the second that grabbed hold of my neck and heaved throwing me through the air like a rag doll.

I could hear Kim shrieking as she saw what happened, but was unable to do anything.

Ignoring the pain I felt, I stood back up and braced myself for the blow I would receive from an overly large rogue that was heading straight for me.

"Oh no you don't!" Travis growled managing to tackle the guy to the ground before he could reach.

Grabbing hold of the rogue's head on either side Travis yanked managing to snap his neck. Getting up he shot a questioning look at me.

"I'm fine." I assured deciding it was better to not tell him that I may have broken a few more ribs. "Nothing I can't handle."

"You should just stay back." Travis hissed anger evident in his eyes. "I can easily handle this many."
