Rising Force

"I hate this" Jp growled. It was 12 am and the Blues was still going on! The lady on stage was singing what felt like the eightieth song.

"Every song sounds the frigging same!" She said through gritted teeth. Much to her chagrin, the audience had kept asking for encores and the band was only too happy to oblige.

Looking over at her own band, she felt bad for them as half were asleep and the other half wished the singing lady would step on a Lego.

A small amount of the crowd was annoyed at the length of the songs. At this rate, they wouldn't be able to play at all!

Vinny was fast asleep on Madhav's shoulder. Jp herself paced around in the small space where no chairs sat.

The song seemed to be coming to an end, and she could not wait. It was the last band and the rock competition would begin soon after.

Sapth Raga was the fourth one in place, and she knew it wouldn't take very long to get to them only if they fricking started!
