[Currently being re-edited] Existing in the layered Universe was a vast Athenaeum consisting of eternal knowledge. Legends claimed that the Athenaeum even contained the secret to becoming a god and ascending above the Universal laws. The Ancients were the race that guarded the Athenaeum and the secrets it held. But as the Universe progressed, so did the greed of the civilizations residing within it. The Ancients were schemed and massacred. Just before the death of Aria, the last of the Ancient warriors, the vast Athenaeum fused with his soul and he was reincarnated into the body of a soldier on Planet Earth. {Tunnel stable; begin the transfer.}
"You heard the announcement. Not get into a line peacefully and roll over." Charles's commanded and with that, the Cadets silently entered into a line as they started entering the tunnel.
"Don't be nervous, the tunneling system is not like the Dive mechanism. With the Dive system, you at least live, but if something were to go wrong with the tunneling system, at worse you will be chopped into pieces." Hearing this the nervousness of many of the Junior Cadets was heightened to an entirely new peak.
'That was some good encouragement.' Aria thought as it was his turn, taking a step he entered the tunnel. All he felt was a bit of disturbance but the very next step brought him to another place.
This was the receiving station at the Citadel. It was similar to the Transit point without even an inch of dissimilarity.
