(A/P) The girl asked for a fight, why do I have to be the one that always gets into trouble?
[Start]
"Ace, why do you always have to pick fights with people?" Mr.Reer sounded frustrated.
"I didn't start the fight, the girl did. You can even ask Magnis!" I pointed to Magnis who was waiting outside of the principal's office.
"Ms.Evergreen, I understand that she kicked you in the head and you tried to defend yourself. But that doesn't give the right for you to knock her out!" He boomed at me.
I felt like I was getting smaller in the chair.
Just like a mouse would be if caught by the cat.
"I called your parents to pick you up. As well called the girl's parents and they should set up a meeting with your parents." He calmed down and said in a light tone.
"But their not my REAL parents." I mumbled.
"What was that?" Damn him, I said it a bit too out loud than what I had in thought.
"Nothing..."
I waited outside of the principal's office next to Magnis. We were both silent; not even a peep from the workers in the office. Only the keys from the keyboard being tapped could be heard.
Soon my angry foster parents came by and picked me up. We drove back to the house and I was sent to my room to think about what I just done. I would only be allowed out when the girl's family comes over.
I fell asleep on my bed until I was awoken by a loud knock on my door. My foster dad was yelling to get my butt downstairs. The girl's parents had finally come over...and I have to open the door.
"Here we go..." I rolled my eyes, but I went downstairs anyways.
I open the door to a pissed off hippie (mom), one angry bull (dad), and a sad girl with bandages all over her head. At least she won't mess with me next time.
This will be an awkward dinner for me.
