The true blood sword's Duke

After trying to find a place where Ren would sleep. Selena suddenly wondered about how she could get the abilities of the blood sword as she had not felt any changes within her body. In response Ren asked Selena if she had touched the sword or not? Selena replied by saying that she had not touched the sword as he had appeared before she had a chance to do so.

Ren: "That is not right you have to at least touch it once to be able to control it."

Selena: "should you not have told me that before."

Ren: well that I forgot. So lets go get it right now.

Selena: but what if we get caught?

Ren: Well I guess we will just have to be careful and besides all you need to do is touch it once and then you will be able to summon it anywhere you like so you won't have to worry about carrying it around. (Ren says while getting off of the bed)

Selena's thoughts: Well at least he got off my bed.

Selena: ok fine we will go back to the treasure room.

Ren: Great then let's go. (Ren says while walking towards the door)

As they were walking Selena thought that people might find it weird if she is always talking to herself so she asked Ren if there was a way for her to talk to him without spending out loud? Ren replied to this by saying yes she can talk to him telepathiclly after she has control over the sword.

As they got to the treasure room Selena opened the door and went inside she had just touched the sword as someone opened the door and came inside it was her father Abigor and her younger brother Armin.

Crap Selena said in her head. She had forgotten that her father and brother often come to the treasure room as her father could not accept that Armin could not inherit the blood sword and made him practice with it for hours hoping that sooner or later the sword would accept Armin as it's master. Today seemed to be one of those days

Abigor: What are you doing here you brat? You are not allowed to be in here.

Selena: I.... I was..( Selena could not speak words would not come out of her mouth. Her hands shaking and legs frozen in one place. She did not know what to say. She had not thought about what she would say to her father when she met him in this life. Honestly she was hoping that she would not have to see his face in this life at all but she know that it was impossible.)

Armin suddenly said from behind: I was the one who asked her to come here.

(Selena and Abigor started to look at Armin.)

Armin : I wanted to show her the sword and show her my sword techniques. Elder sister tried to refuse but I kept on insisting. So father should not be mad at sister I was in the wrong.

(Selena was shocked she knew that her brother cared about her but she did not expect that he would stand up for her Infront of there father while knowing what he would do.)

Abigor: So you are saying that you want to take the punishment instead of your sister.

Armin: Yes.

Abigor: alright then. Bring your hands forward.(Abigor said while holding a vip in his hand)

Selena was frozen in one place. She could not think of anything that she could do to help Armin.

Ren: Selena!

As Ren suddenly called Selena's name she got out of her daze and looked at Ren.

Ren: If you want to help your brother then there is a way you can.

Selena whispers: How?

Ren: Perhaps you are forgetting that you are the blood sword's owner now. So now you can command your father to stop.

(The owner of the blood sword has the ability to command the members of the Agana family as if they do not Listen to them they would feel an unimaginable pain in there body and soon there blood vessels would burst and they would die)

Selena had not thought of ever using that ability on anyone but to protect her brother and to prevent her death she has to use it.

Selena: Stop!

(Abigor stopped right before hitting Armin.)

Abigor: What? What is all this. Why can I not control my actions.

Selena: It is because I don't allow you to.(Selena says while walking towards Armin.)

Abigor: What? How could you control me?

Selena: Is it not obvious? I own the blood sword now so you have to listen to what I say.

Abigor: There is no way that a little girl could control the blood sword.

Selena: Well apparently there is one that can. Now I forbid you from ever hurting me or my little brother ever again and from now on I will be the next in line to be the duke

Abigor:huh!

Selena: Obey.

Abigor: Yes my young lady.

Selena: good. Now I would like to start learning how to use a sword along side Armin.

Abigor: There is no way that that could happen a girl cannot be a swordsman.

Selena: What? Are you trying to say that you are disobeying me.

Abigor: No of course not I will arrange a suitable teacher for you.(pain running through his entire body.)

Selena: Good! Lets go Armin.

Armin:yas sister.

As they walk Armin suddenly said: Sister!

Selena: huh! Yes Armin. Is there something you want to say.

Admin: Yes well I was wondering do I also have to obey everything you say like father does.

(Selena expected these kinds of questions after the performance she had given back there.)

Selena: Of course not the only reason I did that back there was because I did not want father to hurt you.

Armin: Raily!

Selena: Yes I don't won't let anyone hurt my little brother ever.

Armin: I see thank you sister.

Selena: Ok now go to your room and rest.

Selena thinks to herself: Ok now one of the things that cause my death is gone.
