The punch landed just where the man had intended and Sir Briones was knocked back, before he came to a slow and controlled stop.

"You don't remember Valgerd Mateo? The illegitimate child!" He roared, before leaping forward.

He enhanced his leap with his flight to cover significant distance in a flash. His punch came hurdling toward Sir Briones but he swerved his body around on his front foot to evade the punch entirely.

A gust of wind soared past his body and he continued to block and evade a multitude of attacks that were sent his way.

After a short time of this occurring, the two fighters came to a stop as Sir Briones tried to process what this man had said. He loosely recalled the name Valgerd Mateo but he did remember that this was the name of one of the only infant mortalities in the dynasty.
