Found Something

"Say something honey, don't ruin this", worried Snow's mother while she still managed to uphold her encouraging smile.

Snow's gaze gravitated upwards, causing her to notice that the glass roof at the castle's top floor was slightly ajar. She could tell that Ramin was responsible for it, but his plans of saving her remained unknown to her.

Then suddenly, dozens of wild butterflies swarmed into the hall through the already ajar roof. Chaos and confusions arose, as everyone tried to fight off the wild insects which chewed threw everything around them. The archbishop had already taken cover behind one of the strong angels, keeping him safe from the butterflies. Prince Harim didn't hesitate to abandon Snow in search of a safe hiding place, not minding that she was in danger.

Snow remained confused just like everyone else was; she stood amidst the whole chaos, not knowing what next to do without seeing Ramin. She couldn't just run away without seeing him first, just to be sure that he was safe.

At the last minute when she had given up and was about to run towards the door, she felt someone's tight grip on her hand - it was Ramin!

Taking firm hold of her hand, he spread his huge dark silver wings to fly away with her.

"We need to fly before the guards do something to stop us", he informed, urging her to spread her huge beautiful white wings to fly with him.

The whole royal guardian angels were busy dealing with the wild butterflies; they couldn't notice when Snow and Ramin flew out of the castle.

Reaching the kingdom's outskirts, they slowed down because they were approaching a dark and eerie cave upon the mountain top.

" Thank you for showing up, Ramin", Snow appreciated like she always did, with a smile.

Ramin pouted before letting a smile creep onto his face;

"You know, I almost got into trouble while rounding up so many wild butterflies from the forbidden valleys. But it's okay...I can do anything for my little cousin who's a pretty princess", he responded.

Being a person who was always drawn to adventures, Snow decided to take a further look into the dark creepy cave. Ramin, however, wasn't satisfied with her intentions because his 'sixth sense' could sense that danger was ahead of them. To him, it felt like something wasn't right, but he couldn't place a finger on it.

The high intensity of Snow's brightly glowing eyes lit up the dark, as she paced further into the void with Ramin beside her. She knew that Ramin was already quivering, since she could feel his fear and it amused her greatly. He was two years older than she was and yet, he felt more scared than she should've been.

Still afraid, Ramin peacefully protested: "Snow, I don't think this is a good idea...I think we should go back".

"I'm not going back...", she disagreed.

"I know you're scared of the dark, but I'm not going back to the kingdom until my parents do something about the whole marriage issue", she added.

Ramin remained quiet. He couldn't just believe how stubborn she could be at times. He scanned the whole place with his powerful eyesight, still feeling very worried at the moment.

"Okay, but at least let's get out of this dark cave...it's really creepy in here", he suggested.

"Let's keep going further...we might find something helpful in this cave", she refused.

'Yeah, something that'll obviously kill us', he murmured within himself.

Refusing to walk any further with Snow, he stood behind her without her even noticing yet. Danger lurked in the darkness and it would be unleashed soon, but she couldn't understand him. His silver eyes glowed brighter as he scanned the whole place, as if he was expecting something bad to happen.

Snow wasn't afraid of anything at all. She could hear a voice beckoning her to step further into the darkness. It seemed like the more deeper she walked into the void, the more louder the voice got. Then she finally noticed that Ramin had stopped following her for a while, since she couldn't feel his presence beside her again. Turning backwards, she asked with a frown:

"Ramin, come further...why are you being a child now?"

"I have a bad feeling about thi...", he was interrupted by Snow.

"I found something... come check it out", she cut in.

She had already turned away from him to notice something strange.
