chapter 6-The bird

Early one morning, After their intense swordsmanship training, Arthur and Lily decided to take a well-earned break. They sat in the shade of a nearby tree, sipping on water and catching their breath.

As they relaxed, Lily couldn't resist trying to combine her wind element with the sword, despite Arthur's warnings. Suddenly, a powerful gust of wind spiraled out from her blade, dislodging a baby raven from its nest.

Lily acted quickly, employing her wind magic to save the tiny bird from a fatal fall. As she gently placed the baby raven back into its nest, the mother raven became agitated and pecked at Lily, mistaking her for a thief.

Arthur chuckled at his sister's misfortune. "Well, that didn't go as planned," he remarked, his eyes twinkling with amusement.

Lily rolled her eyes, but couldn't help but smile at her brother's good-natured ribbing. "I'll get it right next time," she promised.

But their lighthearted banter was cut short by a sudden sense of danger in the air. They both tensed up, their hands instinctively reaching for their swords.

Arthur and Lily exchanged a worried glance, knowing that something sinister was about to happen. They heard the sound of wings flapping, and a large bird, with piercing eyes and sharp talons, descended from the sky. It was a magnificent raven, its feathers as black as night.

Arthur recognized the bird immediately. "That's a Night Raven," he whispered. "One of the dark wizard's minions. We have to be careful."

Lily nodded in agreement, her heart pounding with fear and adrenaline. She knew that the Night Raven was a dangerous foe, capable of inflicting serious harm.

As the bird swooped down towards them, Arthur sprang into action, his sword blazing with fire. Lily summoned a gust of wind, attempting to knock the Night Raven off balance. Together, the siblings fought bravely, determined to protect their land from the dark wizard's minions.

The battle was fierce and intense, with neither side gaining the upper hand. Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, the Night Raven let out a piercing scream and flew away, defeated.

Arthur and Lily collapsed onto the ground, panting and exhausted. They knew that their fight against the dark wizard was far from over, and that they would need all their skills and bravery to emerge victorious. But for now, they were just grateful to have survived another day.
