The psychopath named Dan

Dan grew up in a small village with orcs,half-orcs,ogres,giants and trolls. Day after day Dan would get in fights against students to test his strength. sometimes he won sometimes he lost. With his strength hitting a plateau Dan grew more and more apathetic until he felt no emotion. This all changed after receiving a system that allowed him to grow stronger without hitting a plateau. With this newly discovered power he drops out of school and travels the world with his friend who wants to kill the summoned heroes. Listen I'm not going to lie, there is a shit ton of grammatical error in the beginning. I started writing this book for fun with zero experience but I started taking it more seriously. By book 2 everything is sorted out. That includes the messed up power system, the cheat system, the characters and the grammar. I hope you can get through the beginning. During the Elf Folulheim arc, that is when the true nature of the MC begins to show as a physchopath who only wants to cause problems and death. Also side note MC is very racist towards elfs. He hates them and goes out of his way to kill them if he sees them. Also there will be a lot of disturbing things in this story. Also I'm not gonna lie, the first volume and half of the second volume is trash. I wrote them when I was inexperienced. It is unbearable and terrible but if you somehow managed to get through that then I promise I will do my best to deliver quality writing to you.

flashbacks!

As the small ball of energy closed in Medusa could do nothing. Her life flashed before her eyes remembering glimpses and pieces.

She remembered the days she was held in a cage with shackles around her legs and hands. She remembered the cold water that used to be splashed upon her and the loud laughter that ensued.

She remembered the nights were she would sleep in the cold with a chain and balls around her legs. She remembered a lot of stuff, the cold concrete she used to sleep on, the cold porridge and stale bread she was given, the men who used to leer at her and have their way with her while she could only cry in her cage with no one to soothe her to sleep. After all, all the other girls and boys were sold of but she was kept as a trophy.

But not all her memories were bad. She remembered the first time she met Sir Joshua, his warm smile warming her body up. He was her knight in shining armour. She remembered the times she would eat with him around the fireplace. The times she slept on his lap, the times he patted her head. She loved the headpats he used to give her as his hands were warm and felt nice.

But now this was how she was going to die. She didn't want to die like this! She did not want to die at all! She wanted to stay with Sir Joshua for a longer time.

The small ball of energy crossed half the distance and this is when a figure landed in front of her. The figure wielded a giant sword and wore heavy armour. Medusa already knew who it was just by the silhouette.

Sir Joshua had come to save her!

Joshua held his sword forward and with all of his strength he pushed the ball of energy in to the sky. He shouted loudly as he activated all the muscles in his body to the extreme maximum.

The small sphere of energy reached high into the air, beyond the clouds and into the stratosphere. It was then that it started to expand rapidly.

BOOOOMMM!

BOOOOMMM!

The explosion was powerful, no that would be an understatement in the very least. The magnitude of the explosion if sawn by a normal person they would consider it as a natural disaster.

It was only their luck that most of the explosion was aimed towards the mesosphere otherwise things would have gotten worse.

Just the wind pressure alone was enough to cause massive damage as the palace buckled and fell to the ground killing everyone inside including the queen.

A 100km away from Folulheim stood a woman. She was talking to someone on a phone. This was the same woman who was looking for Dan sent by Ophuria, the queen of chaos, darkness and the night.

"Yes my lady, I have found him. The chaos detector is sensing immense amounts of chaos energy but it is also detecting an incredible amount of holy energy... yes my lady... yes I shall do tha-"

The lady up in to the air just in time to witness a giant explosion. The vibrations on the ground were like that of an earthquake. The clouds in the sky parted ways showing a clear blue sky.

"Yes... I think that is him, it can't be anyone else... I'll go to him right now!" the lady hang up her phone. A single leaf fell from a tree and before the leaf even fell 1 cm down she had disappeared from her spot leaving only her footprints and dust particles in the air.

____

Dan trudged forward until finally he could not walk anymore and collapsed on the floor. He had managed to get away by opening a portal after the explosion.

For some reason he was feeling extremely weak. No matter how much chaos energy he used previously in his entire life he was never this tired. What changed?

What caused this unexpected drainage of his stamina? Dan thought for a while and after a while he came to two conclusions.

The first conclusion he came to was the amount of chaos energy he used. He had never used such a large amount in one go. Normally he would use it in short amounts for a long period of time and he had never got tired therefore using a large amount in one go put his body under great amount of stress. Kind of like lifting a heavy dumbbell after waking up without even stretching.

The second theory that he thought of was he had simply used all of energy in one swoop unknowingly while leaving him without any energy.

Both theories sounded sane and acceptable but Dan felt something of. What was it that he was feeling? An indescribable feeling of impending doom?

He had been training for four entire years to the point where his chaos energy was rated (S+) by the system so that amount of chaos energy would only make a small dent in his chaos energy reserves and nothing more.

'Where did it go?' Dan asked himself.

"Where do you think it went?" A voice asked from Dan's left side.

Dan clicked his teeth as he already knew who it was. His voice was annoying to Dan. In Dan's ears, the person who spoke's voice sounded like the shouts and cries of a highly uncivilized brute.

Dan looked to the left and looked at who was speaking to him.

The person who spoke was...
